Fascinating thought Peterfal. My concern is charge longevity and weight, two issues with the hybrid car I drive. However both trains and boats must have a certain inertia so once up and running, less power needed overall. Vrfbs can be scaled easily of course so why stop at one box/carriage. The future looks bright on many fronts but we need mass acceptance to succeed, the car market is the start of this in my view and things will accelerate quickly from here.
