Thanks Laz. I am coming from a more strategic view. Ie LSE and low company valuations.With LSE being criticised by this issue, I would expect them to have a strategy to deal with the situation through stronger regulatory scrutiny . Simply waiting for a complaint and then asking for evidence is not going to result in better Regulation.

Laz - given the criticism targeted at LSE re low company valuation’s I would expect to see some priority for Aim Regulators to be looking at the valuation issue. Is it not unreasonable as share holders to simply ask if they can take a look at what has and will be going on and whether they are content or not?

Laz - The LSE has been taking a lot of criticism about the destruction of British hi tec company valuations. Warthog’ post outlining the regulatory requirements for Aim seemed to me that it bore little resemblance to what is actually happening in the daily trading of Sareum. If Warthog can do a re-post there were details on how to contact the Aim Regulatory team. It’s about time to stand up and be counted rather than continually sniping on the sidelines. Time for action.

The gold nugget here will be if the trial so far has provided biomarker evidence of potential multiple application using 1801. Tim seems very bullish on that. As far as we know to date , TYK2 alone does not have that ability.

450p. And that was before any commencement of phase 1 trials let alone potentially very good safety results. It is clear that LSE needs to do much more to encourage a boost in valuations if it is to avoid more losses to the Nasdaq. After all valuations and growth are a key part of its plans for Aim companies to succeed — as Warthog pointed out in his post late last week.

As I said a few days ago, the lack of regulation and its oversight is just another part of the wider malaise contributing to Broken Britain. LSE needs to get its act together and take notice of the increasing number of small companies leaving the country to seek higher valuations elsewhere. Without strong regulation it is clear that selfish greed has taken over. It’s important that we keep pointing out where we see these blatant abuses of the system.
