Supreme Court judgements are typically announced in advance. The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom will usually announce forthcoming judgements on Thursdays at 11 AM, about a week before the judgement is handed down. These announcements are posted on their website.

i do hope that martin lewis is enjoying watching the court case. at some point he is going to have to say,

" sorry everybody there's been a bit of a **** up on the compensation front, you're not going to get a load of free dosh after all."

that's the bit i'm waiting for.

I agree it's not fair but on the evidence of what I've heard this morning it's a hypothetical question. Being even more convinced that Close Brothers are going to win this case I have just bought some more.

I think that's in the early days the lenders assumed the financial responsibility to protect the dealers. The dealers don't have the millions required to fight the case and in the event of the Court of Appeal judgement being enforced thousands would have gone out of business.
