What an exciting time to be a Quadrise shareholder – we’ve only gone and got the deal over the line! I’m absolutely buzzing. Feels like Christmas has come early 🤠

This deal isn’t just a win – it’s a statement of intent. MSC finally putting their chips on the table and saying, "Yep, Quadrise, we’re in!" A lot of faff and ironing out snags to get the deal delivered, but its finally done 😃 its the big one we've all been waiting for! We need MSC because we literally couldnt afford to rent one of those ships out, being such a small outfit. But its all guns blazing once we've got our LONO as it opens so many doors in the marine sector. Jason actually said MSC want other shipping companies on board as it benefits everyone....but then proceeded to say, they might just buy the lot 🤣 Honestly, adopting this technology was such a no-brainer that I’m surprised they didn’t get the ball rolling sooner.

Still, better late than never, eh? Now it’s time for Quadrise to shine and show the world that we’re not just playing with matches – we’re pioneering shipping’s green future. Strap in, folks, this ride’s only just getting started! I said a long time ago...we've got the winning formula...MSC know it, hence why they've inked this contract. It's an MSAR platform which can be built right up to net zero depending on the reagents used. We've got World leading chemist and engine SME Jason at the forefront and anyone wanting to use our technology must pay us royalties for our range IP 🤑 just creaming off the top. Nice to have you on board Cargill. Post LONO when commercial supply contracts are sorted, I can't imagine how high the SP will go, so I don't dare sell because I'd always be kicking myself to lose out on Generational wealth. My average is 1.8p 😎

I can't even buy more shares 😒 Keeps suspending the market. It's absolutely revolutionary news for the company and yes I think we will rerate to double digits, we are in such a better position than 10 years ago with Maersk, we've got OCP and Valkor projects too, and there is a desperate need to decarbonise, the potential from such a little tight knit company (with incredibley low running costs compared to our partners) is huge. No debt. We won't pay tax for a couple of years either when we go commercial 😄

Check BBC main page - Poorer developing nations want 500 billion dollars PER YEAR hand outs to enable them to catch up with developed nations 🤣 crazy money. Let's cream a bit of that wonga off the top please. Some serious dosh proposed at COP29, surely that offers a decent opportunity for companies like us to support developing nations in reducing their emissions and environmental credentials? With our MSAR® and bioMSAR® tech platform, we can provide scalable, cost-effective solutions for decarbonizing their shipping, power generation and heavy industries. As these regions transition to greener energy, hopefully we are well-positioned to secure partnerships and expand into new markets? Are Panama and Honduras classed as Developing countries? That also poses the question, how much money are developed countries willing to spend of themselves if we're gonna throw 500 billion bones away 🤔 The next 5 years we could be a billion pound company if things fall into place. It's mad that we could make an huge environmental/cost saving impact now but we've not been commercially adopted....yet! Thoughts?

Because the agreement has evolved it's now binding and more comprehensive than last year and they've jumped through all the hoops which Jason explained on that slide, which was a summary of the issues causing the delays. So it's simply a case of final review & sign off from each party and I bet Quadrise already has their squiggle down and were waiting for final sign off from 1 or 2 parties. Both sounded very confident it will be done.

It's a contract with massive players.....it's not like were signing off a mickey mouse deal with Popeye the sailor man. The best part is that once this deal is signed sealed delivered, obviously will uplift the SP but more importantly enables them to crack on with the trial and we will then hear a lot more about tangible action and project updates for the marine project, which we all know has the most upside potential. 100% agree that it’s been an frustrating year, and we haven’t made the progress we all hoped for. However, we’re still dealing with giants, and the potential for growth remains massive. As long as we can start hitting the critical milestones needed to commercialise our products, the SP could reach a completely different realm. While some things are outside of their control, making new deals and getting new potential customers is well within their power and it seems progress has been made on this front. It’s reassuring to hear that the issues around insurance liability cover and confidentiality have been resolved, and the agreement is now expected to be signed off in December. That said, I really hope Jason is right this time—everyone is fed up of missed deadlines. If the timelines are unachievable or unrealistic, the board should avoid setting them. They need to fully appreciate the complexities involved in these milestones before committing to dates publicly. Someone should mention that at the AGM! I appreciate the excuse is valid, but it’s still a school boy error for Jason to think it would be signed Dec 23. It’s funny that PrepH said Jason got the year wrong haha. Fingers crossed anyway!

Bloody robots stealing all our share now ffs :) feels like something has swung our way in the background. Gone from 1.3 to 1.8 on the bid which is a 40% rise on no news? Crazy? I hope it is the MSC/Cargill binding contract which would be a massive relief for all holders, to finally get that boxed off! Come on Jason you've got the winning formula and a pathway to decarbonisation which uses different molecules to the rest! Surely there's a place in the world for Quadrise to finally go commercial! Forget 6p, we want double digits for Xmas! Come on!

Ye its frustrating and at this point we don't even want excuses, we just want it signed to allow the trial to commence. Still thinks It's good how they stated the parties collaborating positively to finalise ASAP, but how long is a piece of string? Let's hope it's sorted soon because it would be a huge RNS. If they are going to be starting the trial Q1 next year then it really needs boxing off this quarter no?

I think the RNS was reassuring, all 3 big projects in play and they have a lot more cash to burn than last year which gives them more time but it would be nice to know what has caused such a long delay for this agreement to be signed, things may need to be ironed out & number crunching etc…but it's taking the mick now! That's definitely a question that will be fired his way on the 22nd. All will be forgiven though if they get the damn thing signed!

We want big RNS's now with our majors, signed MSC/Cargill/QED agreement, OCP Jorf Lasfar trial started & commercial supplier for MSAR agreed, Valkor funding approval triggering delivery of MMU & payment to Quadrise and subsequent sales of the fuels! All 3 would be nice before Xmas please Jason. Were not asking for much!

Agreed and like you've said in the past it's better to bag smaller fish first and get revenue, and then shoot for the moon with the big players afterwards 😎 . Fortunately the big projects have had years of prep, but its still like watching paint dry 🤣 We are due an RNS at this point so hopefully it's unrelated to Valkor because I feel like it's full steam ahead in Utah 🇺🇸
