The key here in the short term surely is whether the pi action group can stop the raise allegedly again placed solely into the hands of Anavio via legal challenge with pure shareholder numbers and holdings proven, provide an alternative fundraise at the same level or better of 0.15 and secure within that action representation in line with these proven holdings on the board moving forward in a bid to secure the best case scenario in dealings with the senior lender, potential interested parties re-assets and possibility a return to going concern status.
