There’s always a self appointed Saviour lol.There are many positives regarding this project which you conveniently choose to omit from your Doomsday scenario which I won’t bore fellow peeps with at length-as those Invested already know including low cost shallow water production in Nigeria,30 year project estimate which will encompass all sorts of variable oil pricing, appraisal not exploration while not to mention the need of service providers to stay in business and offer terms ever more favourable to producers of size which Copl would become once this project gets into its stride.Percentages of the project may indeed be varying with investors but to glibly blanket compare what this project offers over the long term with a company like Exxon with their admin layers overheads and structures is to be frank both blinkered and dismissively unintelligent to the opportunities which may present themselves at this juncture to committed investors with a longer view on costings and risk.

Just remember peeps that the average production price for a barrel of oil in offshore Nigeria is just 23 dollars inc admin costs as of April 2019 which is expected to decline even further with more shallow water exploration.-so project still viable even at these depressed levels.Investors will be looking at this project from a perspective of a 30 year return at various poo levels and scenarios and not base their decisions on an acute short term swing which benefits no producers longer term and will inevitably correct itself once testosterone levels from the Saudi’s and Russians abate..If the green light for the project is close as has been inferred then you are basically giving your shares away to the market as it responds to panic sellers imo

Oil price getting pummelled today which obviously isn’t helping with sentiment on any oil related stocks.Can only Hope ongoing OPEC meeting comes up with appropriate measures to steady the ship and prevent any further slide which could impact on the economic viability of the project in the short term getting off the ground.

As I say all a bit bizarre mate and a number been spooked methinks.Fingers and everything else crossed.Have seen this before before metaphoric rise so not necessarily a prerequisite of bad news.Peeps are unfortunately the last to know but something in background happening and imminent imo.
