Don’t know what the fuss and conjecture is about this deal.Its a total win win for Copl as it provides the much needed near term funds whilst allowing breathing space and rejection of further dilution should revenues start to accrue from the project.Very flexible and open ended in nature.Whats not to like ?

Totally agree Jiving.Have said for a long time we were trying to ‘rob ‘the project off Essar .Basically not meeting our contractual obligations under the agreement-ie the 80 mill for 80 percent in the hope that Essar would fold and give in.Their stance correctly all along has been that shoreline were in breach so Copl as a skint minnow with 15 per cent have emerged pretty well imo.

Maybe there is a fine tuning option Bob-maybe not.Either way we were glad of the finance deal in its initial form some weeks back when some posters were talking about liquidation looming etc.What we Do Not need is involvement in another dispute of any kind period.So if it’s the original deal and only the original deal on offer so be it.If it can be improved along the lines outlined by Mr Positive-happy days

I for one doubt very much that any deal could have been struck with Essar without the Riverfort financial security in place for Copl and the stability it provides.All this talk of throwing this out and replacing with an alternative placing is both nonsense and as I’ve mentioned previously unsettling for prospective new investors imo.

May have substantial upward movement in pretty short time imo.And yes the fundamentals are good as of end last week for a great long term investment.

Not at all Sam .Still a minuscule mcap for what’s to come in the near/ medium term.Bit pressed for time so won’t elaborate further on the technicals of the drill etc but sure others will oblige.5 mill mcap is the key.

If peeps are able to refrain from the sell button and push to the back of their brain the bank profit when its there mentality so ingrained on smaller company stock trading this can sail through 0.2’s and 0.3’s quite easily over the next week or so with this minute mcap in relation to what’s to come with the lining up of the drill etc.Many lth’s have built up large holdings near the bottom and will be tempted to trade ( no doubt many have) with a percentage of these.Their prerogative..But bigger rewards around the corner await even for their ‘ trading pot ‘ shares if they hold the line imo on next news and shouldn’t have long to wait.If you don’t ‘ feed them ‘ this escalate to more realistic mcap levels quickly.

It’s not them who have been selling tho but pi’s with large holdings - lth’s in all probability who topped up and sold up on 5 m blocks into the rise.Good for them and can’t really blame them.But it’s pi’s not Riverport.

Imo the stirring up of the riverport position and funding issues is merely creating further conjecture and uncertainty amongst peeps (particularly new folk considering investing) and for the time being holding us back .Hopefully this will change quickly but creating uncertainty is never a good thing for the share price.As I said clarity soon hopefully but many would have believed this was already sorted and any muddying of the water can result in stand off and negativity.

Perhaps their not as short sighted as you!

Why would we fall back to a 2 mill mcap with the news we’ve had and more to come even if they were banging a few out which actually I don’t think is happening as that would be pretty silly of them as far greater gains are more or less guaranteed in a fairly short term timeframe?
