To save yourself from the shadow of the bogeyman, your own sanity, for gawdsake, speak with Andrew Thornton, he was the legal driving force behind the hearing way back in June 2021, not you. It was his legal arguments that carried the day, yes, you made a contribution bit it was teenie weenie, the case was won on points of law, not your tuppence worth of i/p. You need sound, legal, arguments. What laws will you be using, what cases of precedence can you name ?
I'm sure Andrew will point you in the right direction. Just buy 30mins or so of his time, it's common practice, speak with his Clerk, he/she will book you a time slot, you can also haggle on the fee... You'll get solid advice, as a consequence you might sleep better and lessen all those rumination(s).
Why do you think Barristers exist ? lighten up, you were witiness to a very good one, who was thorough, made well thought out "legal arguments" and acted with honesty and integrity.
You're simply a voice in the dark, who has little, if any, understanding of the law. Judges want legal arguments, they may listen out of respect to the courts, but that's all they'll do.
