unvrkw, if there was any hint of a takeover the company would have to inform the market, and considering the large 2 or 3 holders would probably block any takeover unless they can see a very sizeable profit this won't go yet...IMO

As an insider he will know more of what's going on behind the scenes than any P.I...very confident move...
