Agree with you Antharry. I was met with usual barage of idiotic comments with no factual basis. Its a real shame shareholders cant discuss areas about the company in an adult and mature fashion. I know this company extremely well from being invested from late 2017 (attended AGMs) and always kept an eye on the story and have traded it. Thankfully I have done very well out it. Kieran I dont care if you (or KrazyAsif) are Admin or not.... all you did on Twitter was ramp all the time and where has that got you? Where are you now? All gone quiet. You are clueless. Have a Merry Xmas all.
Joined the group this morning, asked a genuine question about possibility of VAST (AP) selling BP asset if finance deal doesnt go ahead and AP & RT wanting to cash in on their shares in 2021 by putting VAST into administration. I was blocked 2 hours later. Kieran is admin I think. If you dont ramp the company then be prepared to be blocked.
At last some decent movement in the share price. With all these other gold companies rising on the spot price I was wondering when our sp would react similarily. Do you think its Louis Castro loading up on shares? As a newcomer sure he would. Maybe he has plans with OMI (besides Anza and waiting for Newmont) he might look at raising money for investment in a current gold mine that is currently producing. Or maybe its Newmont buying more equity?
Bhargav - I'm with you and appreciate your efforts talking to BoD and reporting back, keep it up. I've been in and out of OMI for a couple of years and rebought back in today, and will top up on further weakness. Dont like idea of ex-AST director but out of my control.
Bluman - go back to the rock you crawled out from and watch Tesla sp head down bigtime!
Looks like we're heading back to 12-14p area, private investors losing patience with forever broken promises and jam RNS's. Unbelievable all this talk of container numbers etc, why not spend your valuable time in researching VAST itself - the projects and board members. Read the latest annual report - theres lots of good information that no one is talking about, for example, the BoD have ongoing payments between each other (using own private registered companies) as outstanding debts/receipts.
I'm sure its the Pi's that bought in sub 10p are cashing in any profit, dont blame them really, in this environment taking any profit and sitting on the sidelines seems to be happening by the banks and hedge funds.
I have a small holding here and been checking in from time to time. Can someone please update me in regards to relisting/IPO, I thought it was stated May 2020, but I saw messages below stating "after summer 2020". Where was this stated? I looked at announcements on investegate & tally website but cant see it, I also went to community tally q&a but didnt see it there. I noticed that there is no mention on seedrs for current or past fundraising which was meant to commence in January, so I expect this has been delayed due to delay in V2 of app which should be ready end of this month.
Thanks in advance.
Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but a large lithium company went into administration - company called Nemaska Lithium.

Interesting article, thanks for sharing. Thankfully technology is still in infancy stages. I often come across "new" battery materials that will replace existing materials, like magnesium to repalce alkalide batteries, I once read about 7 years ago but not heard of since. Storage batteries are the future especially in regards to renewable energy, hence my interest in Vanadium and BMN. But lithium-iod does has its set backs.
Pecten11, Yes I read before posting, not sure you did as you agree with me. lol. Point 5 - I wrote c.30% c refers to circa, I wasnt sure and couldnt be bothered to look it up, but my point still stands as you highlighted no precise details! And its only his Vast shares locked in. What does pledge mean in a legal or financial sense? Absolutely nothing. Point 6 - no mention in RNS that any money will be allocated to BP. So dont see how I got it wrong?
The SP is not reacting well because.....
1. Its a spiral death trap, Atlas already earnt 10% so $701k in its bank, thank you shareholders.
2. The Market doesnt like it much. Same reaction to when after 4 years waiting for BP licence finally granted, sp reacted same way. Damp squid!
3. Waiting for official sign off from Zim govt, probably within next two weeks.
3. The RNS was very light on the details of the loan. Only "main" headlines outlined - BUT no mention of interest rate and dates they kick in and penalties if missed! What are the details of the CP, "Subject to certain terms and conditions and completion of CP’s the remaining principal and interest, fees and costs accrued on the remaining existing Mercuria Tranche A facility will be recovered from future cash flow"
4. Lead time to get diamond mining going - 1 month- 3 months? so that will squeeze cash flow until first diamonds sold, especially if further delays, and knowing Zim and BOD that is very possible.
5. AP is using Vast as a vehicle to get BP mine going, he owns c30%. So even if he has allocated his Vast shares to the loan the bigger picture is his ownership of the mine. He wont care to place more shares if cashflow issues occurs, history tells us this.
6. BP still waiting for Tranche 2, so no material development/progress until money in on the table, Tranche 1 to pay off creditors and develop diamonds.
Good luck holders, as always will be a rough ride!
