Sincere question....although that probably reads differently.

Do markets place as much significance for late TU's in the way they do with late HY results ?

Just wonder if TU lands in November instead of previously stated October, will market see that negatively and SP likely to head south a bit ?

Great outcome and more than i expected.

Huge confidence in the new CFO, clear confident and articulate communication.

Slightly less articulate from the CEO imho but good news nonetheless.

News seems to be flowly postively for this share right now at least.

"stuck in the slow lane" news appears history.

I doubt the new CFO will want delayed results, so at least i'm sure the result WILL come tomorrow.

Outcomes:

a) Sh*t storm / something new.

b) Middle of the road, meandering figures.

c) Great news. (and no Divi)

Unless the new CFO has discovered anything new, she'd be keen to get that out in the open first, rather than have it declared later during her tenure.

Having said that, i'd have thought the last audit found all the skeletons.

I believe the main gripe by 99% of investors, is the lack of updates/Investor relations - and like me, tend to use the CEO as the bashing-boy.

I'm here for the LTH, in for much less than most (~45K), various prices, averaging ~1.30.

Not overly concerned, as i'll let it sit to it either sky rockets, or goes to zero, whatever outcome.

I've 20k that i could add to average down but broke my "diversify" rule here with this one, so will distribute that elsewhere for now.

Going forward, it'd be great just to see regular updates.

And i'm really hoping that HY results aren't late.....

I do, having worked alongside one closely, for 15 years.

business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations are the primary responsibilities - some of which have been questionable i'd say, especially "forecasting", wouldn't you agree ?

I'm hopeful of Helen Cowing too - her linkedIn profile gives a good impression and she'll definitely be looking to make her mark, especially if the duration is short.

Stamp on the other hand, came into the role of CFO having already spent a number of years mellowing into the day to day at NEX. Arguably could have been better, but in my eyes was a bit less hungry to prove anything possibly.

I nearly thought about adding a large tranche here at 65p, believing we'd be back up to 70-72p.....glad i didn't.

Waiting for better news now or the bombshell.......the latter being the most likely, based on past updates.

A year or 2 ago, we'd have been remortgaging the house to get in at this price :-|

Now even at this price i'm not a keen buyer....unless The Nacho & Stamp clowns make an exit.

Buyback volume seems to be decreasing quite a bit now.... anything to read into that and what might happen when that comes to an end ?

Looks like they've been running reduced services since November last year on a number of lines & some cancelled completely. If the strike puts pressure on Germany for public transport funding increase, long term it'll be a good thing.

Agree on the crappy management at MCG, although they've been consistently crappy.....they've not done anything new or different imho to lower the share price further....yet.

True, although if you bought in at the lowest during Covid lows, you'd still be up on either (admittedly a lot more on FGP)

And tbh, it was a throw of the dice, as i was eyeing up both :-|

If you bought pre-covid on MCG, then god help anyone.
