Hi Hank. I fully understand why you and other investors may have felt confused by the company's decision not to launch the original 'product'. However, the company gave a full explanation why that decision was made after the appointment of Patrick L Young. His appointment was a major coup for VLRM and adds significant strength and value to the BOD. If you also recall the company should have been listed on OTC by now. But when running a business, things do not always go according to plan. Sometimes investing requires a little patience so let's check the SP again in 4 weeks - or maybe even less. :)

The reason for the delay has been well documented. With the appointment of PLY , VLRM are building a bridge that will comfortably exceed the one originally planned. It is also vital that it passes the scrutiny of the regulators before they launch so there are no nasty surprises or bad press moving forward. There is no point in launching early just to placate and appease impatient shareholders. Those of us who have been monitoring this closely are happy to wait .
The current SP represents and excellent opportunity to buy in or top up BEFORE the news hits. GLA.

I hope so K3VMC. I must admit I'm baffled by the SP performance since BTC's rise to an ATH and our NASDAQ listing with funds raised. We got exactly what we wanted. Apart from the obvious!!

The days before the NASDAQ listing I added 2 lots. I think the trades were at at £1.61 and £1.41. I was 50/50 on whether to use the money instead and buy more BTC. I made the wrong choice and I agree with earlier posts that something isn't right with ARB. I don't agree that MM's are playing games and holding back the price. I think we are not in favour at the moment and it's as simple as that unfortunately. I'm still not selling but like others am feeling pretty despondent with the SP performance which has been dreadful since February. GLA who can afford to hold out until we see some form of recovery.

The highest I saw was £3.40. I was going to sell half my holding at the time (25k) and actually put a sell order in with Barclays Stockbrokers but let the 15 seconds elapse without selling. SP then dropped fairly rapidly so I thought I'd hang on for it to recover. Yep - silly me!!! Since then I've been adding more and more all the way down to where we are now.

Given the good news flow (together with the additional fund raisings, NASDAQ listing, breaking ground in Texas, further machines acquired installed and minting, a seemingly inspirational investment in Pluto, a 'mini' parabolic rise in BTC over the last 24 hours, I can't believe where the SP is now. I must admit I felt pretty sorry for Pops who took a bit of a verbal beating this morning. I genuinely don't think he was spreading FUD. He was just as baffled as me!!

Apologies Argobull!! Spot on. I totally forgot about John1970. Looking at today's BTC spike however, I don't think he will come back to collect his prize!!

Many of us (including me during this journey) have bought above your level. However, the fundamentals are stronger now than when you bought in. Just sit on your hands and see where we are in December. :)

I appreciate that trading has only just started but are we one of the 3% that has dropped below the offer price on the first day of NASDAQ trading?!?
I have to say this has been pretty disappointing with funds now secured. I genuinely thought many of us would be in profit once we got our NASDAQ listing. I guess the wait to pop the champagne will have to wait a while longer!!!

I had been trying to buy another 3500 through Barclays at £1.45p. It was rejected 6 or 7 times and until I managed to get 3400 @£1.46. Bringing my average down slowly but surely!!

I'm sure ARB's / ARBKF's Investment marketing team will have been pitching to the large institutional investors over the last few weeks and showing them our infrastructure and mining capabilities (current and future) and then comparing this with our US peers who have much higher market caps. Raising this level of finance will be a game changer for an already profitable business. Very exciting times in my opinion. BR

Many of us have been patiently waiting for NASDAQ and have been adding (myself included) along the way at considerably higher prices than we see today. Having waited for what seems an eternity, I would not have the nerve to sell any on D-Day!! I agree that the timing isn't great with BTC, but if we managed to raise $158m with an oversubscription then the SP is only going one way. GLA.

Yes. It was certainly difficult to sell out (let go) especially after holding shares for so long - for 5/6 years in my case.
Hahaha regarding the director bail out. :)). I wondered it, but you said it. He probably got sight of the accounts. In all the years I held ORM it was just one failure after another. As far as I'm aware they never made a trading profit from mining activity. Maybe they should just call themselves Ormonde!!
My decision to bail out completely however was not based on poor performance. It was based solely upon the BODs lack of communication and disregard to shareholders. For what it's worth I'm convinced they will need to do a fund raise which means at some point they will be coming cap in hand to those shareholders. They have clearly never heard the term 'Don't bite the hand that feeds you!! 'They should be ashamed of themselves.

For all our sakes I hope we see a positive return in "quarters and years" rather than decades!!
Besides, after enduring a roller-coaster ride for the last 6 months, together with the stabilisation of BTC, our increased hodl, ARB's other strategic investments, Texas, and of course NASDAQ, I get the feeling we may well in for a positive run between now and December. GLA.
