I sold out of Ondo when once again it could not break the 40 pence level.
I agree with the poster that the price here is just too high. Ondo is a one trick pony where competition may emerge. Nothing wrong. Too expensive. The reality is this should delist from the rubbish UK market and relist in the USA.....where it will get as much funding as it wants and real investment. We get lots of rns from the company yet do the instits buy shares. No of course not. They dont invest in the UK these days Move to USA, list at one dollar and raise 20 million dollars.
Dream....it is so easy to do that. The thing to learn is to then buy back higher which is not easy.
Crcl is doing well today and everyone should study VID, Fell to 26p bid last Friday from a year high of 360p, trading update. Not great but not too bad. I got urgent messages from traders I follow to "buy hard". 86p now. Those selling at 26p really should not be buying individual stocks.
There were loads of buys here of £20,000 to £50,000 between 8 pence and over 13 pence. I am amazed that no placing was done at around 6 pence. The rise was crazy and now the fall. Taken some more below 1.5p . Was selling above 12 pence last month
RE: Share consolidation and future fund raising25 Feb 2025 13:12
Again? This has been a dawg for a decade. Apart from a short time above one pence…killed by two placings in a week…this is a lifestyle company par excellence. Lots of projects and fund raising and more and more diluting. Worthless. Holders like me (unfortunately) have been diluted to nothing much and nothing happens here. Just loss after loss
Yes imo nothing new. I made a lucky 50% on these having bought last week. Now we are heading back to the usual 5p something levels as plenty of selling, Nothing wrong here. Just the small cap mkt is weak. A suggestion in the press yesterday that a fund is selling out of the UK small caps completely to invest in the USA and thinks that we will see a lot of companies in trouble after April after tax after tax is piled on business and consumers. Crazy increase today in energy prices. 7p a unit in US 8p in Germany over 27p in uk.
Sold 60% of my holding today at over 56p having bought in at just over 30p last week. That was bonkers. Think this might go to 75 to 80 pence minimum but prefer a risk free bet myself. Markets are so nervy that people almost give away their holdings these days.
I bought SCGL last year at .11. Hit 14p last month. 130 bagger....and I kept some right to near the top. Some went here. What is a 130 bagger times a 50 bagger? A miracle.
Very good call Laura. I paid a little over 30p and wont be greedy. 50p is my target to take my cash back. I will then keep the rest as i see these higher if the banking is resolved. 30p was silly
Yes but they have explained why I think. The company has become an investment vehicle with an investment that has done OK. I would take the 3p they mention. The fall to a penny was not justified they say.....other companies should say this too.
