Hl today took out 1400 cash for 2.2 million shares I applied for. Can't see me getting them though...,just my basic ent and maybe a few extras?? We should know next week and the beginning of the week after. Looking forward to some deal by the new company....going to have to be good to justify current ratings but I don't want to be out and the amount I have invested here is tiny really taking into account the cost of the 0.0675 new shares.

I bought some in the placing at 1 p .....having previously bought some at .52 and .57. I guess I should have sold out yesterday at 1.4. Ah well. I think these will fall away to .75 or .8 now as the rest of the place stock is sold and those who jumped on board after the rns take a loss. A good stock to drip feed a few hundred in regularly when you can. Could easily go up to previous levels of 2.5 and 3p given time. An interesting future albeit risky.

as i said yesterday, this is a great spread short but am not going to be greedy. I think somewhere around 80p is a target price although I can see the big players shorting this heavily. I think it will be gone within three years, sold off by the administrators .

Shorted this....sorry. I don't see much left here to justify a 300 million plus valuation. I expect this to crash soon to 50 to 60 pence.

I agree with this.....giving them away. I am expecting a big profit on the ones i bought at 0.05. "only 10.6% of the shares are on market. TAO UK Limited could buy out the remaining shares quite cheaply. It would be easier for them to accept a bid later without the baggage of personal investors with very small holdings".

No idea. But no point selling now. Need to be patient and it might take 3 to 5 years to relist hopefully on the full list not aim.

I bought contentfilm when it announced it was delisting. I got 6 times my money last year when it was bought out. Two other delisted shares I bought have paid out much more than the final price. A US tech company was bought out three years after it left aim for 14 times the price...a happy day that one! if you read the last results this is a stonking business with 500K in cash and now no real debt, 13 million in revenue and so on. Yet people were selling at 0.01. Valuing this huge business at far less than a studio in Margate! Delisting is not the same as going broke! I dont mind waiting a few years at these bonkers prices and giving the new management a chance to make this into a 30 million company. If it does I make 50 times the money. Its a punt......small money......but I think its being bought out at a bonkers price and the new directors are probably hoovering up the stock. The contentfilm ceo certainly did. Dont forget that all UK companies still have to publish accounts on companies house and these can be viewed for free.

yes it might well delist but not for a good while. It is a big business bought out by management. They got it cheap. In a couple of years it might come back as a 50 million business.

...they were stonking. A lot of business here. Why did the management team buy this out? Because they wanted to lose money? No of course not! PI's were selling their shares at 0.01. Crazy!! Maybe a new bid will come in the next 6 weeks

Quite right. I guess lots will pile in here and stale bulls will be happy to grab their cash back. It could be that mio hits 4 or 5 as the bidders stock is going up on this deal. In time this could make a lot of money for mio holders.....they have waited long enough I reckon for really good news and today's the day!!

Well you get the 1.9 plus the new company gets all the other assets plus any cash plus 25 per cent of the bidders new shares offered for mio. I don't see how that is not worth a total of 3.5. Plus there could be a counter or higher offer of course. Mio is now in play and others will have a look.

Must admit I have been in these since 2015 and don't think I have ever been in profit. So a nice surprise for a stale bull. Looks like a very good exit for mio shareholders to me.
