yes I did.....what I did not realise is that both of these RNS had already been flagged up before. It is not really as new info as most of us thought. The share price fell 30 per cent from opening to close today as this seemed to dawn on investors. So yes I got carried away and now I have looked more into this the NAV is all in unquoted etc that do not really have a mkt value.....more an opinion as to value. Anyway, enough from me as I am out with a handy profit and I like this little company. I am sure I will be back so firmly on my watch list.

Good post. There are lots of this type of company with unlisted investments. The news was nothing new as you rightly say. Yes it’s below nav but it cannot sell the stakes it has for cash. Seen it so many times...the herd piles in, the price soars, rampers scream about how it is going to the moon and then.... profit taking and the mms don’t want to know. Tern is the best example from last year. 2p to 45p in a crazy run and then back down leaving the ones that believed the hype broke.

Great run and excellent profit but if you look at the chart it usually trades at about 6p. These two rns are common for the company; they keep investors informed. No financial information is disclosed and there is nothing bad to say about this excellent little company that has specialised in university start ups. Every now and again it spikes up and then the crowd moves on and down it slowly drifts. Yes the rampers will tell you otherwise of course but let the chart be your friend. Lots sitting on a big profit here.

Just about to hit 10p.....NAV is about 25p before todays excellent news.

£4 grand and a couple of £2 grand buys....big money at this mkt cap.

down from over 8p to about 0.15p. CEO left and we dont know where all the cash has gone.....they have raised nearly £15 million over the last 18 months. Crazy. Still, a punt is a punt .....

Financial performance

Managed to buy a few today. Massive discount to NAV......"2018 was the best year for value creation in the Group's short history. A 51% increase in net assets fueled by 88% increase of the NAV of its portfolio companies was further aided by a 28% increase in service revenue. The Group was able to accomplish this whilst simultaneously reducing its cost-of-sales by 19% and administrative costs by 29%. The Group has now demonstrated three consecutive years of growth in Net Assets, service revenue and returns on invested capital".

In the rns today. Might the shares double today? Could do. It seems this is the recovery phase.

To sell some having been in at 6.5p. Got them in an account which I normally only use for primary bid placings so don’t see the amount of profit....a good thing. Had tern in that account and it did a 23 bagger from 1.9p although I sold out for an 18 fold ....so if this does the same then about 115p so this rise is only just starting. Maybe a lucky account? Well...got Prem in there as well from the 0.3 placing so maybe not ha ha

Was very mixed last week. Good increase on sales but number of traffic has barely increased and cash balance is down significantly. Holders have and are taking the opp to sell out. I did well on this before but just think the mkt cap is just too high for a loss maker. Will def buy back in at some stage but just cannot see much upside at the moment

Paying 3 million for an unquoted company with what assets exactly?

Will make it much more difficult for share price to move up now..hundreds of millions of new shares looking for a home....but of course the happy clappy ramping crowd won’t tell you that. This is a huge dilution for a small stock. Some to fund a new purchase....is it a fair price or way overpriced?....and a lot to fund debt. Great news it is not for existing holders.

Not any longer. Already lost 25 per cent today. I would guess that current shareholders will end up with a token 1 per cent of the company....anything left will be taken by new investors and Simon Cole and all will trumpet how they saved the company. Shareholders will be wiped in the restructuring and the new bod will pat themselves on the back. Current shareholders don’t matter....

And they raised 7.5 million just from the instits a year ago.where has it all gone??? No idea. Simon Cole on Twitter reckons no more account issues but what does he know? A punt maybe after such a fall. It was above 8p last year so lost a huge amount of value. Good chance of going into admin or surviving at 0.1 something. Huge sells yesterday as the big funds dumped at any price.

Once an instit wants out of a stock they will sell at any price. They just cut their losses and move on.

7.5 million from the instits at the beginning of last year, pi placings, private placings....plus the 4 millions from the end of contract? Yet more money is now needed?? Where has all that cash gone? Millions and millions....yet without more it’s facing bankruptcy?? Crazy. Mr Cole you need to explain before you run off....

For existing holders. That’s in the rns. How much have they raised over the last three years? 25 million perhaps? All pissed up the wall? Not a going concern etc? When you read the latest rns again it is breathtaking against all the money raised and statements about “good shape”. The tax problem and winding up order earlier this year was a very big red flag though

Got over 2.25 earlier......too dangerous to hold all day today. Will they agree an extension or cancel or suspend the listing? No idea......will be back if they do extend even if I have to pay a bit more. Good luck whatever you do all!!

Took part in the 200 pence placing a while ago. Sold those and been in and out a few times since and not holding. On my watchlist. But So many disasters at the moment in the mkts. The company has gusaid day the day after a day and Massive dilution everywhere and prices seem to collapse. Makes me wonder how legit a lot of this is? How can this collapse to just 75p? No mention of a duster. If there is it will go a lot lower.

Look at the last balance sheet.....cash of just £60K. Another 10 per cent down today. They should have raised at much higher levels...too late now
