Certainly is an odd one. Lot of other shares making some big moved today so wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of rainbow chasing. I'm trying to stop myself from averaging down further here. I just have this strange confidence mainly coming from the big holders. Crazy cheap.
I do understand the concern and see the logic. I think that strong IP rates will see us move up, we are not in the same position as when the IP was released last time. Last time we were on the back of a circa 200% increase from the 11p lows not to mention the 12p and 20p placings. We may also have primary bid warrants being offloaded so all these things will have pulled us down. If by the time all the above has washed through i don't see how strong IP's cannot lead to a positive rise. There just can't be enough shares knocking about that can be sold off at any sort of profit. It feels like a never ending overhang at the moment but it WILL end.
Like everyone else i'm praying for the big DTU contracts and Helios plays to pan out and and with 10 Mill in the bank and a revenue source to avoid more dilution we are closer to that than ever before.
I cannot argue that the 30p placing is an odd one but it's done now and should not be something we have to worry about moving forward for too much longer.
Let's hope i'm right and at somepoint we will see some sustained rises that represent the value that has been added operationally.
ED drills are not bloody priced in. If they were we wouldn't be sitting on our current market cap. I wish it was priced in as I'd be in profit and a fair bit of it.
The share price is a joke and I understand people's frustrations but I fully believe we are being manipulated one way or the other, it has unfortunately been par for the course on this share. Sentiment is poor but I don't see many small caps in our position and many who do not have even an ounce of what we have. If you bought in at 30p plus why would you not at 18p. Nothing in my opinion has really changed for the worse. If you bought in for ED then you probably didn't accept that it was a means to an end to fund the other big ticket items. Helios and dtu are closer to fruition than ever even if the share price says otherwise.
Either you trust why you bought in and see this as an opp or you sell and move on. I fully feel people's frustrations but i (still) believe this will turn in a big way. If I didn't id sell out at a loss and go. Part of me wonders if the people that turned out in their masses on the fall to 11p are back now spouting more fear stories. I mean reading about delisting...ffs...come on man that's a lame de ramp.
Anyway come on RP, tell us some more about these massive nitrogen fields you want in order to fulfil the upcoming dtu commercial contracts. (Worth 50p and a packet of crisps)
For anyone that doesn't believe that some entity is loading up have a little look down the share trades over the last few days... someone sells down loads in 10k or 20k lumps and then a massive buy comes in usually just under 20pence. It's like clockwork. Meanwhile the average pi is caught out selling through worry or utter boredom.
Shackles must come off soon. Oh and bye Jacky : )
I'd be shocked if that's the case, he has been integral to the financing of ED seemingly and has been RP's right hand man on so many company updates. Unless it's felt that we are now financed by the underpinnings of the true deal and his expertise is of less importance. Hmmm
May be a question for EB.
Cheers Fadec great summary.
Yes the SP is currently ****e, but people knocking the operational aspects to date need their heads testing. I accept the ED deal continues to divide but the cash in the bank with the free carry and the projects to develop this company could be huge. When we leave this seemingly relentless overhang/warrants/Cantor load up or whatever the hell is going on we will move up to a fair value. Just patience. (More of it)
The DTU update was interesting as well..
"The Company's priority is to ensure it is ready to meet the needs of customers efficiently and cost effectively. In line with this effort, Highlands may acquire strategically aligned resources or assets that directly benefit DTU commercialisation, for example, low cost naturally occurring nitrogen gas reserves for use in DTU injections and/or related service equipment. "
Suggests a real expectation of DTU uptake - I liked that bit very much. You don't put in an RNS something about purchasing low cost naturally occuring gas reserves for use in DTU injections without something in the pipeline do you? do you?!
RE: those who bought at placing levels17 May 2018 12:37
Lol - Sapphire there are about 2ks worth of trades which if you look at the prices about 1.5k are actually buys. And we are at 0% change. But sure, if you want to believe your tripe go for it!
Haha they had to miss out a number somewhere otherwise it was 120 million shares! It's all just smoke and mirrors till we have something tangible. More patience required for now it seems.
Yeh it is very exciting indeed. I won't be letting my shares go until I know of the next plans. I'm happy to hold through suspension and mentally I've accepted i could lose the lot but like you say there is a small chance of life changing money. I hope for the few of us in here we hit the big time.
So true. It's painful viewing to be honest seeing someone try to talk down this share when everyone invested knows the risks and potential rewards here. Emoov or Simba and my god sapphire will have missed out on one of the most lucrative punts to be witnessed on aim.
It could be one of them, you just never know. I'll take 50 bags or more from here. Cheers!
Just released their April figures and pleased to see they are still holding a nice big chunk of hnr and accounts for over 4% of their portfolio. "The oil giants of tomorrow" is the funds sub heading for any new investors!!
Another blue today tomorrow please.
Yes Miller with you on that! My worry is that the news would be leaked prior and so far not been enough buying to suggest it is one of those. That 20k gives me a little more hope - few more over the next week or so and we could be onto a winner.
Coxy is holding loads already, would love to see him up his stake further!
