Getting beyond the joke - people are scared of any rns in case it’s more effin dilution. The shareholders have been stiffed and USA market absolutely will not bail it out, volumes are disappearing there.
If pw is reading these — I hope you have a damn good rns on way - or your billion dollar company is going to be a billion cents one

A company that is listed also as a duty to its shareholders- I’m a shareholder and if I don’t like a decision, I will say so .
I got into this share , like many others as a way of getting in on Bitcoin action —- when it doesn’t follow Bitcoin then the whole point is bull and void . Only reason I’ve kept some shares , is in the belief that no one would risk loosing shareholders without something in their armoury . Feel free to filter me, I call it how it is , good or bad - feel free to look at my other posts praising the company up until last nights antics

Exactly like I said earlier— Americans do not like share dilution!!! Especially when they’ve had a few . Scaring them off by the drove . I’ve moved half my portfolio to riot and will move more if pw keeps pulling stunts like that ... everyone knew a Bitcoin bull was coming , if he didn’t then he isn’t the ceo everyone thinks he is . Obviously I’m not the only one thinking this - or the sp would be tracking Bitcoin at a frenzied rate like every other blockchain company out there ..

When PW said he wanted to make Argo a $1 billion company,, I didn’t realise he meant that he wants to make it worth that and then hold it at that forever ..
the sp is terrible at this level of Bitcoin and I say it’s a poor decision to have done the raise last night- just as we entered a bull market .. feeling screwed and will be disposing of a large chunk of my shares if/ when they are ever worth more than a paltry £2.50 ..
Up until last week I was an absolute stone head Argonaut... but last night was too much too soon

I will be selling 50 percent of my shares and buying riot . Then in 2 weeks I will re evaluate. Just look at the figures - we are at 54k Bitcoin and our sp is lower than when Bitcoin was at 49k - my portfolio is down today and regardless of how good people reckon pw is, down is down !!!

Given riot are up 12 percent pre opening, I’d say there is the proof in the pudding - my only hope is for a dip in Bitcoin prior to USA opening. Argo is a good company- but it has become a long haul return now - I wasn’t in it to be part of another company that isn’t even listed yet - Pluto is argo’s Achilles heel

Yes it was whilst USA was open - but history tells us that the USA will not be pumping this because of the dilution- they will take a while before they get interested again - I’m absolutely pro Argo and at the moment it’s about 95 percent of my portfolio, but I’m also a realist - we might see an ath at some point- but I reckon riot will see it first and theirs ath is almost 100 percent up on their close yesterday , will Argo hit £4 soon ? Not without Nasdaq and certainly not with dilution

Got a quick top up on the bell- £2.30 , can’t complain at that , but if they hadn’t done the share sell last night - we would have opened at £3 , so bittersweet
Going to dump some later and buy more riot, I doubt they will open below $45 but you never know. The dilution going on at Argo will not sit well with USA , it’s not good just at the start of a possible bull run .. going to become a longer prospect rather than huge gains short term ... shame, but that’s what it is . I’ll know soon enough if I’m right ...

One thing sticks out, which I’m confused over ...
He says that the money was needed for operational costs, stating that they could have sold some Bitcoin—— but they believe in that and want to hold onto “ as much as possible “
——- my observation, if they want to hold onto Bitcoin, even to the point that they do a fundraising so they don’t have to dip into the hodl........ then why pay Peter in Bitcoin??
It seems very odd to me — wouldn’t it then be better to pay Peter from “ operation costs” and leave his Bitcoin in the pot ??

Given that we - shareholders in Argo,,, are also by default invested in Pluto ... does anyone know the date of their IPO ?
I’ve looked and could only get “ March or April “?

Throwing this out there, didn’t Argo post about one Bitcoin miner in Texas ending its relationship with another blockchain? Then it disappeared... now a sudden need to raise some money ....
Texas / blockchain/ fundraising.... anyone else noticed this ?

The dilution is already factored in to the sp- it was the minute the company first mentioned it when Texas was originally announced. I fail to see why this is even getting mentioned. Nothing has changed except Texas is another step closer

The barrier changes day to day,, I use the news site below for my research, I’ve found it to be the most up to date and broad market.
I believe the charts I was looking at were on there and the 50k barrier mentioned a few times
