RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN AND BOARD CHANGES



European Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or the "Company") advises that Mr David Reeves has resigned as a Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company effective immediately to concentrate on his other business interests. The board of directors of the Company would like to thank Mr Reeves for his valuable contribution to the Company and wish him every success in his future endeavours.

The Company advises that Mr Keith Coughlan has been appointed as Executive Chairman on an interim basis.

Keith Coughlan commented, "Dave has been a significant driving force behind the development of the Cinovec Project. It was Dave who first introduced the Company to the opportunity of buying Cinovec in 2013. Since that time he has steered the direction of the Company and has been an extremely hands on Chairman.



The demands on Dave's time from his executive role have significantly increased as he concentrates on the development of the Warrawoona Gold Project for Calidus Resources. We wish him every success in that endeavour."

Yep its been busy I think the confusion around Yangibana revolves around deposit names and license numbers.

I have been thinking about it and the most transparent would be to disclose license numbers therefore removing any confusion. We will update our website with the license numbers and refer back to it in our announcements going forward.

In relation to drilling on bald hill - ( I assume obs is referring to this https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20200618/pdf/44jr0mx0gs47nc.pdf)

As you can see from the image below – the areas are “drilling areas” – of which some goes into our jointly owned concession M09/161.



Although it would be tempting to say that they are going to drill on those areas – at the moment Hastings have not indicated that this areas represents part of the drill plan. If it does we will announce.

I just remember at the time there was a discrepancy as to one of the resources within Yangi which we owed and we seemed to lose one and gain another... I can’t remember which one though ....anyone else remember ?, it was discussed on here at the time .

As it was mentioned in various rns I would have thought we may have been informed of the conclusion . It will effect our jv won’t it? If and when ....
