Was hoping for some more news before conference call but looks unlikely now. Bit worrying that SP is starting to slip this morning.

How has that not moved the SP, you can bet if it was a sell then it would have fallen off a cliff.

Yet another RNS attracting more selling. Will this SP ever rise and stay there.

RBD would have sold their share by then as they have stated many times, prove up assets, sell and move on.

Seller is probably someones estate selling up after the holder died of boredom waiting for CPR and forward plan.

Remember the back salary they have paid themselves which puts a bit of a dent in it.

The SP spread is as close as its been for a very long time and there are an unusual number of AT trades. I get the feeling we are definitely going to get another RNS before this conference call, my bet Monday am.

You won't get many thumbs up for that post marineville but I couldn't agree more with your sentiment. I just can't believe how some on this bb can see nothing but positives to everything.
SP drops, thats good we can all top up, SP goes up, must be a leak good news coming. SP goes down after great licence news, big boys getting chance to load up. SP ticks up 1 %, here we go rerate coming and so on and so on.
The fact is that although AAOG has massive potential there is no clear cut plan in the public domain at the moment. There are so many unanswered questions. 103C, is it going to be fracked, whens the equipment coming?. Is it going to be sidetracked, if so whens a suitable rig going to be found( not anytime soon). How long to negotiate licence terms and will the much awaited CPR live up to the much hyped expectations.
Progress with AAOG has always been slow and i see no evidence of this changing and i really cant see full production from 103C happening anytime soon and it is for this reason that the SP is going nowhere at the moment.

It beggars belief that the share price has dropped since the licence news. To me that was the most important thing to get. I appreciate terms have to be agreed which maybe some of the reason for the action but I really believed the SP would be mid teens with such news.
Someone posted last week that the technical team/ engineers were meeting this week to discuss 103C production plan. I do hope all this selling going on at the mo is not a result of said meeting.

My question is that until the RNS last week everyone thought the CPR was to be published in April. So why no BIG BOYS loading up all through April. I just can't see the logic of a delay in the release of the CPR being an incentive for large amounts of stock to be purchased.

I welcome a reasoned response.

I am invested and shall remain so until i feel a truer value for what AAOG have is reached. I'll let you know when i sell.

Started a new thread for the benefit of Washers as in his balanced view he only ever mentions tick ups.
If you views are balanced Washers I 'd hate to read a rampers posts.
I mention the frustrations and facts of being a long time shareholder in this company. I don't think there will be many posters on here that are happy with the SP and I point out why I think its happening. Thats balance.

Why is it totally rubbish. I have not sold but the paper value of my shares has gone down in value more than the 0.7% tick up you chose to mention this morning. Washers your so blinkered, the poxy SP is still in the 10's due to one delay after another and this latest one is hard to understand. DS used the excuse of oil making its way from the Djeno to surface for the last delay of the CPR from March to April. As he stated on the VOX podcast the draft CPR was doing the rounds so why anther month delay. If its another reason the say so.
As I type deep joy the SP turns red FFSake, put some positive spin on that one - time to load up, drop price for big boys or some other crap. More like folk getting battle weary from constant missed timelines and targets!!

Yesterday was worse for those of us invested!!

Hardly anything to write home about 0.7% tick up, someway to go just to get back to yesterdays pre RNS price.

2 things, firstly DS stated just the other day that a draft copy of the CPR was doing the rounds now all of a sudden it's put back till 2nd half of May. Now it was originally put back from early March till April so as to take into account oil seeping up from the Djeno so whats added so much extra time. Second I just don't see the logic of saying the delay allows the big boys to load up as until this morning the CPR was due by the end of this month and the share price has remained pretty much static with no loading up, as some call it ,happening. No reason to believe anything will change in the run up to the revised anticipated due date.

Well Tiptop I'm not sure folk will see this as a 3 week grace period to load up. I think it will be seen as a period to get your money to work elsewhere and come back later in May. I think the SP will come under pressure now and remain low 10's or even go back to single digits.
Your right it could get ugly but not in a good way.

Fair enough Woody but the update on negotiations will read, Negotiations are still ongoing, and near future will be after CPR so probably June.
The oil seeping out of 103C is exciting but has delayed everything. CPR has gone from early March to April to second half of May and for that read end of May.
Thats only the start, they then decide what is next step but won't get on with that until license is sorted and then of course need to source a suitable rig. Its going to be end of year before we know it, no wonder DS has joined other companies hes got plenty of spare time till anything happens here.
