Berenburg work for DT and this smells a little.

The Tea Lady makes a cracking cuppa and knows all the "names" at work.

A bounce off the 170p area was expected as mentioned in one of my previous posts.

Ultimately 120p is the target she expects over the coming weeks.

Hoeever, things looking good anyway.

Just doing her rounds and the Tea Lady gave me a thumbs down sign about AWE.

She's normally right.
Currently 180p.

The main issue is the 80% of "sales" to "related" companies.
No doubt that AWE ARE making a profit and have a good product.
The main issue is valuation and possible director slight of hand.
News releases are not director announcements, we only have 1 of those.
If the 80% of orders don't materialise then the shares are worth 120p IMO.

The market appears nervous and therefore so should private investors.

The "fundamentals" are very unclear on this one.
No one knows what they REALLY are, apart from the directors who have remained worryingly quiet apart from one statement.

No one has the facts.
The shares can go lower.
The fact is you don't know the facts about this company.

Confirmed by RNS this morning

As the seller was selling a large number of shares it is clear the agreed price will be at a discount to the market sp.
So discount was about 10% to closing sp.
I would expect a bit of volatility at the open but see no reason why sp should be negatively affected.
Anything below 600p will be picked up quickly then I expect a positive move throughout the day.

The 580p price is the auction level below which bidders wont get any shares, and above they will.
Still waiting for official nod on more info.

You wouldn't be able to sell 11m in open market easily

Possible it could be raised but 580 is lowest possible.
