as soon as the merger has been agreed the big boy will be over big time clicking that buy button as quick as they can , and the reason will be because by putting both companies together give greater option to get the rest of the funding needed ,
its as simple as that,
the only reason they have not done so far is because when you work for the big broker companies there guide line when you can buy and when you cannot under the risk element ,,
