To vote against consolidation & that I would not be topping-up however this position might (but likely not) have been otherwise if they had a Nomad on board & I had some understanding of why the nomad we had dumped them ..........& so soon after what might have been considered a reasonable RNS..... that speaks volumes to me. In the world of AIM it's unlikely to happen I think but, even if they manage to get the consolidation through & then by some fluke or otherwise get a Nomad hooked up, IMO they shouldn't be permitted to relist without an independent verification regarding the viability of barge Martha, the business model & a review of the so called investors & investments reported in RNS's which in my opinion at this time iappear nothing more than smoke & mirrors to me. GLA in any event - I don't pretend to know enough to comment on what will or won't happen here but don't feel what is happening is right or fair regardless, more importantly IMO not enough information has been provided at the right time to make a valid assessment of the potential one way or the other.....very poorly executed all round in my opinion whether you're pro or against this mob. Keep going Yarsan & Market your opposing views don't really change anything but one of you is/will be right......my monies on Yarsan if not in the short the long term....

Who can say.... 1) as me you could vote against consolidation....success/outcome = uncertain 2) you could do nothing .....success/outcome uncertain. 3) If you hold less than 500000 shares you could top up @ .1 Per share to min holding & vote for consolidation .... success/outcome = uncertain .... if no nomad appointed though just more money lost. It's all over this bb just read back through posts for pro & against views - my own & many others is clear enough. GL whatever you decide...

Not quite immediately following consolidation your 1 share will be sub-divided into 500 .... this appears.to be designed to dump PI's with less than 500000 shares (like me) or force us into buying top up shares to 500000 @ .01 Make of it what you will there's loads on this bb about to read if you fancy. If the co comes out of suspension ..big if IMO but others here seem confident again there's plenty to read if you want. GL anyway

LoL.......I can't work out whether you're just taking the p!ss & having a laugh or being serious! Having been unceremoniously dumped by their existing nomad you really think nomads are queuing up & this mob can take their pick of the best one on the nomads merits...... I'm in tears here that's so funny. If they do get a nomad, & I mean this genuinely, good luck to all & anyone left....I won't be a shareholder any longer due to only holding 120000 at the moment - now worth next to squit & personally I'm not giving them the opportunity to leg it with another £400 to 'round up'. Keep the faith oh positive ones - all is well here, no problems & nothing to see.......which reminds me where is Martha?

Exactly guys: to me the act of consolidation at 500000/1 for immediate sub division is just a kick in the teeth to shareholders who bought at a significantly higher SP & a contemptuous deliberate attempt to unceremoniously dump people who once believed in this co & showed them trust. I've 110,000 which cost, what for me was, a good portion of available funds based on all the positive RNS's & positivity at that time you can work out the current (non) value is for yourselves, but if there was anything here I don't understand why they just don't consolidate to 10p a share in the first instant. They're asking the likes of me to stump up another £400 in this co to 'round up' so I can retain a minimum holding here... I think they realised an offer to buy to existing holders at .01 wasn't going to wash so instead they're trying to force the likes of me to subscribe & I suspect there may be many as me....I believe they need this cash to 'buy' the new nomad and I find myself asking are they that short to need money to that extent? As I've said previously it's not for me & it stinks, I can bear the loss....already have clearly...... but I feel for anyone this has pained & also wish anyone who takes the risk or hangs in well....but I do think there'll be more than luck required. GL regardless if the consolidation goes ahead I'm gone if it doesn't go ahead maybe everyone will be gone........if it goes ahead AND a Nomad is forthcoming well done but I do fear for how long it will continue regardless.

Thanks for comments Yarsan ... I wasn't looking for advice though trust me (at least!), my position is clear here & they aren't getting any more from me I'm voting no to consolidation & will almost certainly lose what I have left but better than just risking more by buying more at over twice the current SP! I wish anyone that takes the risk here well but not for me. Now that really should be my last here ....GLA ....just elsewhere (:-)

Glen....trouble is for me it's too easy to take RNS's at face value, you'd normally expect them to have some merit....looking back IMO this co's have all been about transactions & deals with related parties or those that have a vested interest here.....smoke & mirrors.... lesson learnt....my bad .... moving on. Fortunately my loss here won't effect my world but I have to feel for anyone that put their faith or trust in here thinking it was going to be a game changer...I was just trying to make a couple of quid & lost on the gamble instead.....I've won elsewhere so no real damage for me - can only hope you & others have this covered off as well. I'd normally sign off with a good luck but think it's probably farewell, on this board least.....perhaps good luck elsewhere instead LoL....

Yarsan - with you...couple questions I'd like answers to: 1) why did the nomad drop them so unceremoniously. 2) why did Bergen get shot of everything so unceremoniously. My original investment is now worth (if any value at all!) a less than expensive meal & I've the 'opportunity' to top up to the nearest 500,000 prior to knowing if a new Nomad is appointed.....to me this is more like giving THEM the 'opportunity' to walk away with another £400 of MY money. Who's valued what based on what & where is evidence that barge Martha still exists even. Think I'll just vote no to consolidation & take my chances - each to their own though.

Lost my curry......sorry for anyone with a significant holding here.....I once had a reasonable amount but have watched it disappear in consolidation & distrust (on my part at least) as posted yesterday it was,already written off for me....just a matter of burying it now. Perhaps an oil fired pyre on barge Martha (if anyone can find it!) Followed by a scuttling with captain on board! Good luck elsewhere all

Smoke & mirrors for the most part IMO - let's see some signed agreements & the cash. Interesting the next day the nomad throws in the towel- that says a lot & rang the alarm bells for me. Investment written off for me, so little left I can't be @rsed to sell it - good luck to any that are holding out hope though

Hi upside - understand was hoping for a miner myself as well - have to say I'm a little disappointed at the moment. I seem to recall this being hailed as payback for the longer term investors where is that? The 200:1 consolidation takes care of any immediate compensation for hanging in there with it :-( . Having said that I might as well hang in a bit & hope there's more to this than a shrinking investment to go with a potential shrinking waistline. Way to go before I manage a smile I think . . . See what happens over the coming weeks then I might be joining you elsewhere GLA
