It will certainly be interesting to see what happens tomorrow, with all the chat I can see it being marked up and then who knows, but all these institutions and powerful people as mentioned before, I’m sure will do their “own research” and DD and realise the true value of the company not only now but come 28th and they won’t want to see their investment evaporate overnight? Come on people get real and tell it how it is. Thought we’re here to help one another not mislead them about where the company will sit in 2weeks. GLA

So are we saying the current market cap is 4.5 million which is gonna be 1% of the business going forward so in essence it’s now valued at £450,000,000 once takeover completes?

Well that’s me having a couple more beverages tonight now, might take the day/week off work if your “predictions” materialises!!!

Maybe look at other companies that had a strategic review and put them up for sale what RNS they issued and see if that had anything to do with securing funding. 1 from memory CNR in 2015. DYOR
