....is zero........I've been told...long time ago....from now.....avoid ETFs.....physical pms yes but costs can include tax like vat and cgt...which will eat into profits....especially whilst trading....so best to BUY mining shares (not ETFs nor trackers as per title above)....already hold HOC...previously traded HOC, FRES, Silvercorp, Mag, Silvercrest..and loads of mainly goldies etc.

Trek I know I have lost confidence (mostly!!! lol) and hold CORE only before now...but I had sold 220k at 2.8p ave. so 25% cheaper has me back £1,500 cheaper......you gottodo what you gotadoo!

Major Oak I am unwilling to elaborate but I was poisoned for shunning the "gods" to achieve more perceived freedom (not sure now it actually exists).

I was very ill for a long time (of course the cause was unknown) but better after 40 years now although financially poorer due to medical costs and significantly lower earnings. "They won the battle" I won the war...lol.. Hopefully time will work for you too.

All the very best wishes to you also Major Oak! I've still got a wee bit here after trading and taking profits. been mainly in gold (some has 20 X, most 4X) so happy enough.......lost £45k today on paper & laughed...because I expected to and had already moved some to cash (awaiting to pounce)....

My health is improving and I hope your's will also......I'm addicted to hot milk, honey, turmeric and cinnamon.......and I swear it has been a life saver...power of the mind maybe!!! lol.

Last Friday we were at a hundred years high price for gold.....and currently we're back there now.........no biggy lol

I get the feeling???? that Rohan's average is around .07p so the price got a bit ripe maybe for him post .09p........perhaps in his and other's range now???
