The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
And from memory the "insiders" (or as close as) were buying @ 20p and couldn't believe that opportunity was present (anther reason why I think 20p is where the BOD value PXC as "today's value" and "short lived" at that!
Indeed we went from 6p to 75p over the course of 16 months in '20/'21........so the 80p+ should occur when we "close" the first tranche.
I would guess that $25m is not a theoretical figure "plucked" out of the air........??
A bit of what I posted on t'other thread....."...so I might repost from time to time, when I have something to say.....and hopefully the rest of my friends here will get something from it.....but I will say...it is playing out pretty much as I said b4! not bothered medium term....but looks good to load up and substantially increasing one's EEE long position on 29th July..(14days after St.Swithin's)....keep a diary note....just a bit of fun.....see if I'm near right...lol"
Nice weekend wishes!
p.s. no offence to maybeoneday..(Mr.positive on LSE....nice holding!) GL.

My takeaway is that this part of this particular project is merely being confirmed (which is good)......Sure we have no control over Tete...(which was previously stated).....so nothing has changed...other than pragmaticly moving fwd. with SuperApps.
Plenty more projects besides! Bargain SP! GLA
AGEOS 10/23:- "As SB intimated, the scale of this potential resource is almost beyond comprehension let alone calculation."
bankrupty on CSIRO & AXT12/2:- ".................The Company expects results from this programme to provide a better understanding of the mineral assemblage that compose the host rock, including the specific minerals present and their relative abundances. An understanding of the mineral assemblage will provide important information towards establishing the dominant minerals, and especially the titanium-hosting minerals, which is critical to identifying potential ore processing options towards the economic assessment of this giant mineral system."
If memory serves me correctly....we'll have a clearer picture in about 6 months from now!
Happy to be corrected!"
I dunno where I got the "6 months" expectation from? So far no-one has challenged or "corrected" me !
Indeed and I for one am only able to offer an opinion on what is disclosed in the RNS......and on what has happened with other companies! market caps./SPs, when they have gone down a similar route....
.....but it is only my opinion and therefore more likely to be a bit wrong...since there are known/unknown unknows etc.etc.
.....but I'll stick with my "best guess" as my below post! I would expect to buy in again post ($10m min.) raise...but who knows....we'll see!
GLA.
I'd have to agree with deepjoy's and probably neon's views on this one.
Announcing in advance (with our £9m market cap), that you need at least $10m now...and a further $25m......'til possible profitability in 4 years time! will dilute us by a factor of 4 approx .
The SP may go as low as 2p (dependent on financing terms) and will luckily stay there or there abouts.....that's about the best I can see for now!
My sale of POLX last month @7.575p for minor profit is looking like a good move so far! Happy to listen to alternative views.

The clue is in the name....TITAN....lol (hopefully not "TITANic" with our SP...lol.)...although the " purported designer Andrews" had an island property just 500yrds from "bankrupty's residence at pres>".....he indeed was a loyal good guy that went down with the ship.....but the designer was "Carlisle"
Just to add in some views of mine in response to ADVFN EEE share-chat ( take something/someit from it or not ...no prob...imo):-
"AIMSCAM....Yes indeed...a lot on AIM is "Lifestyle Cos." and some "realAIMscams too!
To be fair most are "striving" to find the "gold at end of rainbow" as are we!
I would say...I like to diversify in my investment shares....and with the pot that I am allocating...most is indeed in AIM....which is down about 50% in the last 2 years....and because I am split between 50 odd shares...indeed I am down about 50% too...............funny that ...lol!
...I have had my "moments" over the last 50 odd years investing...and I'm happy to put a bit here in EEE (I do like to hold a Core and trade besides).....
...so we are low at volume trading days and awaiting the core news....but IMO the 100k seller has "changed" his mind on off loading at least....so I bought a 40k top up today for now (to trade)!
It's all about making "survival decisions" when one doesn't know for sure....and I so trust this company's BOD....and I 99% agree with Manlord's views.....
....for me I am comfortable to be "IN EEE" as my no.1 £investment.....but not my "One and only"
...hope that helps some!
GLA
You always appear pretty "balanced" IMO Manlord.....Hopefully others' will see that "your" truth must be pretty damn close to "the" truth. and as in the past if I disagree with anything you say...I'll make my view known. Whether I'm right or wrong is up to the observers to determine....and I'm unaffected by their opinion...but always willing to listen and bend with new information! GLA.

Well I guess selling around half of s247 to get back a very small profit (pity we could have got another £700k last year for the same disposal)...makes sense and it's good to have a bolster to the cash in hand...
....also now that the selldown of s247's holding of RGO....yes there must have been a willing buyer...
...and why not? The NAV is about 400% of the market cap ...and probably cash is 100% of market cap.
Surely a buy and tuck away for now?
GLA
As per my post of 20th:-
"Too dear to buy (3.75p)...when the 6 and 7 figures is non specified. will watch for an entry!"
It is all about entry price.....so I'm happy to deal @ 2.7p!
GLA
" It also plans to sell two “non-core” projects, Havieron in Australia and Coffee Gold in Canada."
"In an interview, Chief Executive Officer Tom Palmer said the mines being divested do not meet the company’s criteria of “Tier 1” assets — producing 500,000 gold equivalent ounces or more, having a life of at least 10 years, and being located in top jurisdictions."
That's the 2nd time NEM have stuffed GGP.........are they stupid? or not?
Can GGP take back control now? Is it worth it?
