In July Shareholders backed the board 9-1. Today they held on to their jobs by a few %. Whilst we didn’t win, shareholders have sent a strong message today. “Protect shareholder interests, cut costs, rebuild value fast, or you will be replaced with a capable team.”

Wiped out folks down to 0.38 and back up to 0.43 hope you’re still holding on. Living and learning.

I like a good RNS, but never seen a share move so counterintuitive... if we don’t get an RNS tomorrow, at least we know the SP will go up again.

Thursday, CEO puts up 1.1m on call option that price by year end will be 0.86p or more. Share price falls. Friday Chair has personal need for cash, sells shares for 0.49p to somebody who thinks that’s a fair price. Still holds nearly 20% of company. Shares fall some more.

Not quite. The strike price is 0.69. He’s already sunk and had to pay the 1.1 m premium for the rights under the option. The 1.1 m is sunk. It equates to 0.17p per share and he’s spent that already. If share price goes above 0.69 he’ll start to recoup the premium all the way up to 0.86p where he’ll start to be in profit. But he wouldn’t presumably buy the option to make a loss. So he will buy it above 0.69 but in taking it out he expects it to be above 0.86. Hope this helps.
