Helpfuls post from Willem was dated 2nd April and was the first impression of our team following first days on site. [ that's what is says]

The 27th Feb RNS says our team was going first week in March.

So those two facts are absolutely contradictory. A month is unexplained.

RRR seemed to have cottoned onto Reach when Lenigas was announced as consultant. I don't think this type of release does them any favours. But my opinion only.

Spookily Coals accounts were filed yesterday.

They have a £2m debt owed by a related party that party is RRR PLC.

So a charge on RRR Coals assets is defacto a charge on RRR PLC as they would own a £2m debt.

As Helpful says no disclosures at CH yet so conjecture on my part based on past form I think with Yorkville [ Zumore will confirm i suspect ]

Helpful has advised people strongly to buy on all prices down from 1p to 0.0575p over five years.

Assuming of course we know what subsidiary the charge goes through Helpful. They used to be tucked away in RRR Coal.

Very brave to lend to RRR unsecured with those accounts and that balance sheet. Still stranger things have happened.

We paid 159k in remediation costs in the year to 30th June 23 and 84k in the next six months to 30th Dec 23.

These costs have increased despite the Greenland debacle being 13 years ago.

Not only did the deal not happen.The infamous Cypriot Bank !! But as well as the millions we incurred years back we are having to pay 15k a month fixing stuff in 2024.

This should clearly be shown as a dilapidations / remedial provision and anybody guess how much we owe.

Richy - i used to refer to the spinning plates of RRR assets as Steptoes Yard.

The whole lot has been for sale joint venture IPO for the last five years. All evidenced in the annual chairmans statement.

Commodity prices are on the up but that's relative. RRRs assets are not earth shattering hence no interest.

Meanwhile our benefactor loans us 150k a month. Do they have a charge on the assets ? I suspect so. Could they foreclose and take the assets at book value ? Possibly. They need DRC quick and my suspicion is they won't get it. All IMO and DYOR.

Speculative RRR is far too small for anyone to consider short selling. H5O is a complete fantasist. Bell knows that full well and is clutching at straws.

Zumore - seems logical. The larger claim is in my opinion hyperbole with little or no prospect of happening. More distraction as nothing happening on the $7.5m

A brief reminder of the single occasion when Mr Bell came on and warned me off.

The company had a charge with Prime Resources Ltd.

That company in the UK had a spooky coincidence of CEO with the same surname. 9,000 to one coincidence according to Google.

It was pointed out to me the charge was with Prime Resources ( Gib) NOT Prime UK which I thought.

I immediatly accepted that and I was wrong, but a reasonable not malicious mistake.

H50 - had I not done the CH research we would not have known about the RRR charge.

Helpful then revealed him and a mate tried to buy the charge [ the word insider might jump out] which I thought was revealing.

I legitimacy mentioned the charge a couple of times in posts and Mr Bell came on here to say it had been satisfied. The paperwork was filed three weeks later.

So my engagement with Mr Bell was IMO completely reasonable.

I will continue to look at CH filings as they are very relevant.

I don't spend hours looking at CH documents but they do reveal.company loans, which the company has chosen not to disclose and the accounts tell us about. Much more relevant IMO than endless links and dreams on gold prices.

Lundy i s an insider, conflicted, claims to have not lost himself despite as Blue say tiping this all the way down from 1p. 18 fold loss. As Blue says he's the most likely paid poster here as I'm definitely not.

"The Trolls allways know better" - To have a negative opinion on RRR on its SP is not to Troll. Oh learned one. Manchester Uni boy. In terms of SP performance and frequent milestone failures. Bashers have been right and Helpful wrong for five years plus.

"Bukino Faso photos soon" - what confidence can Shareholders take on photos posted by RRR. The company have allready conceded the supposed 200 tonnes photos were not taken in Zimbabwe but China. With lies like that Faso photo could be of anything anywhere.

Only creditable information is NOMAD ( note helpful is turning on them) accredited. Definitely none of the REACH rubbish which is completely unvalidated.

One sniff of a deal and the price would be double what is now as preferred PI are informed.

Rather what we had was no whiff of a settlement and PIs bailing as they looked at the awful balance sheet new loans and associated costs which have been kept under wraps.

Nothing next week is nailed on.

Helpful negates to mention we had a two year dispute with Soma over the terms of the deal. Normal pig in a poke Bell deal.

Our relationship with Soma is shocking. If they do pay it will be seriously slow and in my opinion involve legal action. As with everything RRR not straightforward.
