Having run millions of permutations through my predictive model I can confirm the likely answer to Dukeys question.

Thanks Mikey it does beg the question why not wait until the payment has been received or even the results before a SH communication ? Sound like one is very imminent.

Also why not mention termites that the samples were in the lab on the proper Nomad 7th October RNS.

Seasoned RRR junkies are not used to such speed.

I find it really strange we had a comprehensive update on an RNS on 7th October and the least of all was said about ivory coast infact it said

" Red rock has identified alluvial potential within its granted licences".

No mention of 75 termite or 19 rock samples !

Yet 11 short days later they could not wait to get out the information about the samples before they have even paid for them.

The timing when nothing else is working to move the SP ahead of the placing and the ridiculous speed here seems irregular. Especially for RRR.

Hopefully in collecting them so quickly they exercised proper security avoided contamination and have proper professional sign off.

I do wonder if FASO is actually dead or on the back-burner Its a tall order for any company let alone a cashless minnow like RRR. I predict a slow pivot where we hear less and less about FASO and more about Cote.

RRR only started using Reach RNSs around November 23.

Just after all the Lithium nonsense. I'm sorry but it was that rubbish . First exports lol.

For the first time ever during Lithium the Nomad made them issue a no reason RNS after a spike.

Since then both Bell have Helpful have constantly bemoaned the Nomad as wanting to make them jump through hoops on any communication.

I think based on the evidence presented RRR use Reach RNSs to make statements than in hindsight are not the most accurate.

Robins the mind boggles more comedy capers.

Presumably the work is done but RRR can't pay.

It's completely erroneous and un needed and again begs a million questions.

Bells ability to score own goals is legendary.

The more nonsense he issues the less chance DRC will result in cash in my opinion.

Orslga - the spike in April 2020 you refer to was due to a set of fantastic results in Jupiters Tshipi Manganese. Huge shareholding, dividends for life but all sold with proceeds pis**d against the wind.

Despite Bell saying the Jupiter holding secured the company's future and we were committed to permanently holding them.

Context is very important.

Logically he must update.

If its a winner, his problem is trust and believability.

Due to past performance ( Greenland) many would want a proper Nomad accreditation via

RNS or an independent verification bankers draft Congo legal letter etc.

If Bell says its arrived and it does not his stock will sink lower.

This is key if it does not arrive he has to get placing away before updating IMO.

Mike has until this Wenesday 23rd October to.

- procure equipment, negotiate with suppliers, and manage logistics.

- engage FASO embassy to facilitate transport.

- engage SA and British Embassy / consulate in FASO around delivery etc.

Spec - given its the identical royalty and amounts from the original sale RNS released by RRR way back when and given Limon was sold by RRR to Soma. It seems fine to me.

Given they have noted it in their accounts I can't see any legal issues. I retracted my previous concern.

I'm RRRs biggest critic but can't see any issue here.
