Spec interesting read. They spend 130k a year and SH will fund through loan account.

Interestingly they did not file accounts and Companies House actually announced closure in London Gazette. The company thought better of it and paid costs to get re- instated.

Dukey ALR dead ? We are told by someone with a prounouced and long nose, with a tendency for Walter Mitty that we have 200 tonnes of Lithium waiting for export.

It's unbelievable but in ten days time it will be a year since the first Lithium exports crossed the border [ 15th Nov 2023 exports RNS] . What a spike we had then !!

Three hundred and fifty five days later and our 200 tonnes is still gathering dust and has dissapeared.

We now have hyperbole of meetings with Presidents ( DRC) and Head of State [FASO]. I think the DRC hype will dissapear with one last roll of the dice on termite samples. Interesting times but many on here view past past performance as not being reflective of future prospects. I would concur but their worry should be Trust, appalling short term debt, dilution and large equity holders with substantial debt [ always a red line ] . All IMO only.

Life of eight years - 70% interest.

Minimum investment $5m

50% of EO interest reverts to Namibia government in Aug 26.

You personally own twice as much of EO than RRR.

Stage 1 of moving anything forward is the threatened US listing. No luck for three years despite numerous threats of it being imminent in our accounts.

What's the latest on the listing ?

My guess is that a combination of $20 million in hard cash to be repatriated immediately AND a deal worth at least $400 million (and immediately cash flow positive) will be offered on the proviso that all further international litigation be ceased. This deal will be sealed with a burger and chips state supper hosted by the president of the DRC, along with the entire cabinet, with Ettie as the guest of state. This will be held at the Wetherspoons equivalent in Kinshasa.

The news will be conveyed by the usual official channel of an Ettie tweet without bothering the Nomad nor the official RNS channel so as not to draw attention to the enormity of the news and the deal. This will inevitable lead to a stampede for shares which will be forever etched in RRR history as MOFO Tuesday.

Think Bell and Helpful expected a bit more today with the name dropping on Presidents and meetings and multi baggers etc. Reminds me of five Chinese buyers, Bells task force and Lithium exports.
