nick88, would not say newbie. just looking at simple facts and sentiment this morning. I am long ODX, not looking to add and get in lower. Just protecting my investment and taking an interest in what is out there.

faze1. My agenda is to understand the competition. I have checked for Fortress Diagnostics and believe they are a private company so there is no gain. I simply want to understand the views of the shareholders on this test which is currently being sent out to the public as part of the REACT study. So stop getting all up tight and take an interest in what is going on outside of ODX. It may well be that this has no impact but without some clarification, how do you know ?

Hate to say it but this could drop to 55p today the way its opened. ODX may have the best kit but it isn't the one being sent out to the public. They are using a different brand prick test at the moment. There was a video on this BB last week showing you how to use the test and we all got excited. The video was for the Fortess Diagnostics test which is the one being sent out.

Can understand why people may get a little nervy

Has no one got an answer for this Fortress Diagnostics test. Its quite important if there is another product being used in a Gov study that does what the RTC test does? just a little concerned that all.

Anyone else aware of the Fortress Diagnostics test which is being sent out. They are not a listed company on the stock exchange ? But the letter sent with this test references UK Gov and NHS stating that it is to study the virus and determine test accuracy. Is this not a competitor test already identified and being used by UK Gov ?

The Fortress Diagnostics test is now being sent to 10000 people as part of a study. Not sure what the UK Gov are doing really as they clearly have an interest in the RTC rapid test yet the Fortress test does the same thing ??

MIKODX, The test that was sent was NOT from Omega Diagnostics, it was sent by Fortress Diagnostics. Seems there is an alternative test in the market.

You could say that the REACT2 study is more about ensuring that the public can actually self administer the test and will not focus on results.

After the 10000 cohort a further 5000 people will be tested by self administering the test then will be tested again by a professional to compare results.

The ODX test is a gold standard test with 99.4% accuracy. Whereas REACT2 is more about understanding the virus and if rapid testing by the public can work.

TBH, I know children under 10 that test themselves for diabetes blood sugar levels everyday so an adult carrying out a prick test should not be a problem.

A family memember was sent a letter from the NHS to take part in a study as part of research work being completed. They have just completed an at home antibody prick test with results in 10 minutes. TBH the questionnaire took longer.

Test was really easy instructions were simple. I expect that abc-19 test will also be sent to the public and tested in the same way to obtain MHRA approval.

Another opportunity for AFC to provide a completely off grid renewable system.

Would like to think AFC are in talks with the likes of DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, Tesco, ASDA, Ocado, Sainsbury's, TfL etc. Seems the transition to EV for these large organisations is underway.

As far as I am aware they are going to be full EV from Islingtom Depot.

I am also pretty sure AFC had an MOU with waitrose many years ago. This would be great tie up for AFC to provide a complete Renewable Energy solution as per Extreme E but on a larger scale.

why do MMs care what the price is ? They work on margin and volume and provide liquidity.

for the RTC product yes. But there are many other opportunities in the product portfolio.

Nealsp. Don't set yourself up for disappointment. News will come when it's ready. Believe in your investment and research and patience will be rewarded when its ready. Just think of the what you want the RNS to say and fingers crossed it will meet your expectations. I am sure it will be pretty close to what we would all like to see.

Been RNS hunting for the last two weeks across my portfolio. Had one RNS in that time and some SP erosion due to market conditions. We dont want an RNS for the sake of it. We want an RNS because the company has something really good to tell us.

Consolidation will be followed by movement and with the potential news between now and new year we could be looking at a very positive move.

IM efficiency, more contracts in multiple sectors in multiple regions, Paragraf deal, capacity upgrade complete, order shipment as planned. The contracts should be multiple base on the upgrade decision.
