Perfect - those were similar to mine. I have heard the placing was necessary to secure a better level of credit as part of the debt facility, so understanding that would be helpful. Anything on IM and their plans for how they are approaching the market would be useful. That would be a great update, so we can see their strategy behind it.
Oh dear, never a good thing when JW starts posting....
Stokey, Chris, you guys seem to be the only ones going on the 10th. Are you happy to ask some collective questions of the BoD from investors on the board?
Stokey, I agree on all counts. The stupid thing is, he didn’t even need to do it as it was released on the same day as the ML licence landed and the SP hardly moved.
We need a new leader, that is abundantly clear.
You can take my comments as you like. I am a LTH who expressed very similar concerns to members of the board and I received a more than satisfactory response. This was reviewed before the Appledore purchase and was not deemed an appropriate acquisition at the time and things have moved on considerably since.
The protesters will need deep pockets (and confirm the funds are available), along with clear reasons for any potential procedural irregularities. I suspect John is already onto the funding (at project level) and I think the terms will be in our favour from 2 years ago, albeit with a fair few more shares in issue.
Thanks Lottie, these numbers are higher than I would have expected, but I would love to go with your predictions. Just think if we get the ML in the next week or so! John can be all over the news promoting HARL and we will attract a very different audience to hopefully invest and bring new money in. People anticipate the ML, but I don't think after all this time, investors think it will actually happen. That's exciting as current trading suggests people are going to need to recover positions if we finally get the jewel. As Spud notes, this is by far the most significant milestone to achieve, far more important than any shipping contract.
Morning all, I am feeling positive for the right decision with all the horrendous apocalyptic scenarios about energy prices this winter and beyond. Surely the logic of such decision should be straight forward even for the NI government. This brings me to the potential value of the project. I am sure Nobby and Loosgoose have previously provided some projected numbers on this. Along with the £15m in back costs (against a current mcap of £20m), let’s start to get back to the conversation that made many LTH originally invest.
