Yes Tomcat great show of confidence by BCN main man.Perhaps one of our directors could risk buying 120k shares at a fraction of the price but I guess they haven't got the confidence or prefer voting themselves cheap options.Perhaps this is another pointer to why BCN have heavyweight institutional shareholders and we have none(Standard Life got out quick).Still REM shares should be worth more than half a penny each one day!!

once we reach 2p(consolidation price) I will still need around 50% more upside to break even from purchase made after all DL's 'licence to print money' tweets.If this is now run as a public company and not a way to fund/bail out any one individual,the profits could keep growing apace.Not many on AIM growing and making money!!

I agree that feedback from TGL has been very poor but I am sure that Mr Khan has a reputation to maintain and the management here have given out very positive signals in the recent past.Getting kicked-off AIM is not clever so that raises a few questions about competence and I am sure that the last shareholders in the placement would be expecting a good outcome here including Mr Khan.If,God forbid, TGL shareholders do lose out here there will be a lot of questions asked of the Regulators but I don't think it will come to that!

YellowSnow-very good point so if TGL can't get re-listed and they HAVE to return cash to shareholders those RNSs say how great has been progress at GOS.So unless those RNSs were inaccurate we would have cash plus proceeds of GOS sale to the highest bidder.As the FCA warning below this message box says'posting information that is false or misleading could lead to an unlimited fine or 7 years in prison'. If Mr Khan feels happy enough to place his own and investors money into TGL shares he must have done sufficient due dilligence to ensure his reputation and his clients' money is safe.So good news for all of us little shareholders but may take a few more weeks.

IK is clearly a man of great intellect and heavily involved in charitable institutions.I think that if TGL shareholders were stitched up with his own investors included it would be a massive blow to his credibility.I agree that sorting the detachment from Canada and re-launching a new entity on AIM or elsewhere should not be beyond the people running TGL and/or its main asset(at present),GOS. Either all of the secret contracts are worth something or we have been mislead. At this stage I have to remain optimistic knowing the oversight placed on someone in financial services at this level.If what we have been told in RNSs is not correct I think the FCA would have to look at it very closely.

I don't think Trevor would tell you anything that you can't repeat unless it was inside information.Perhaps you could therefore re-consider and let all of us shareholders know what was said?

yes loans to mates and companies where you are also a shareholder do not sit well with being taken seriously as a listed financial company.I think without a change of culture it will be a very long time before we reach pre-consolidation levels and I doubt we will ever see dividends when you look at the wages bill/remuneration packages.Yes as DL said GIS is a licence to print money but sadly not for ordinary shareholders!

Hedgehog100 Yes their site talks about success in winning contracts.Clearly in the security business you can't be giving out too much detail but not sure why someone was suggesting that GOS are not doing well,that just seems to be total speculation.I think a positive update on GOS and/or something positive about progress re re-listing would be a good tactical move hear. Whilst IK is clearly the human equivalent of 'Brains' from Thunderbirds this simple grammar school educated investor would appreciate a sign that TGL investors have nothing to worry about.I am sure Quantum Computing will,in time, save the world but will it benefit shareholders in TGL who are currently disenfranchised and in the dark!!

Yes a listing on a larger exchange would be a good plan.Let us not forget that TGL forms a good sized investment in Stanhill's client funds so a big leap on relisting would do a lot of good to Stanhill's investors and their fund performance.
