Like you I feel the pain of investing(sorry I mean throwing money down the toilet)in KDNC.Maybe we are the clowns for ever buying their shares.Perhaps if I had applied the same due dilligence that I have to do when advising clients on investing in funds I would never have gone there in the first place.What we need is for our esteemed legal profession to make their next ambulance -chasing strap line 'Have you ever invested in a share that lost you money'?

maybe KDNC are buying back in as they realise that Ganfeng is not after all the owner of a local takeaway but rather a huge market leader in the lithium space?

the problem is typical AIM investors half-expect to be mislead and in many cases sold a story with little chance of it being fulfilled.Here we appear to have proven resources of an in-demand product that is needed to meet the major disruption story of the 21st century.Perhaps once the clowns at KDNC have sold all their remaining shares and people focus on facts this share will start on an upward trajectory.The mere fact that those super executives at Cadence are fire- selling their last few shares should point us all in the right direction.Maybe they think that the Chinese that PS has done a deal with is his local takeaway and they don't like the idea that he may be getting free sweet and sour pork for life!

Yes it is clear that KDNC have made some mind-numbingly poor decisions and now it is probably a fire sale to ensure wages can be paid.The token purchases were just that so I think the continual selling of BCN by them is no shrewd business decision.Like buying BCN at £1 when the sp was much lower then selling as BCN got nearer to fruition.What kind of strategy is that?

Yes Dougal,that is my only concern.Surely Ganfeng must know about this dispute but this is AIM and anything is possible.A royalty for a former director sounds like something from the dark ages but if it is legal there is a problem.Good management would have sorted this long ago.Having said that,if we have such a massive asset it is not going to fail over the fact that we may or may not have to pay a small royalty to the estate of a former shareholder/director.
Perhaps Mr Secker could clarify where we are on this and if Ganfeng are fully advised?

37 just paid.Is it starting to sink in now.Last poster re production may be spot on .Ganfeng can get stage one production accelerated and increased.They want to be World no 1 producer!!

It is probably short-term traders still taking a profit in case the Ganfeng deal fails to proceed.I can't see why it should but if/when confirmed the sp should move significantly higher very quickly.My lowest buy here was at .21 but highest was .84.This surely has a long way to rise once the uncertainty of funding is fully removed.

Yep but for now there seems to be a large amount of Lithium needed and we have it.I think Ganfeng will speed up this project now.

Anyone catch the interview this morning on Radio 4.They had a scientist talking about concerns of meeting EV targets due to shortage of cobalt,lithium etc and the need to increase production substantially.I wonder when investors might realise what potential we have with BCN.Just need someone with an ounce of marketing ability and charisma to get this sp moving.I think Ganfeng are getting one hell of a deal.

Yes Wolfi but their salaries must take priority and there must be a few years before the pot runs dry!

Maybe the plan is to double production using Ganfang expertise.Could be much larger production then and that is why Hanwa should still get what they want!!

Yes Secker looks very happy/confident unlike all previous broadcasts where I felt he looked edgy and lacking in confidence.This really should take off now and there is Zinnwald FS within weeks that he seems to be saying will be very good!!

That is very helpful.I have never doubted the potential of this share but sentiment is what drives most AIM shares.Very few make money and many directors get away with murder.Half my shares cost me around 90p with the others averaging about 21p.
Keep up the positive and informed comments.
