Well the worrying thing is the fact that shareholders have been kept in the dark for so long and directors seem to have avoided many attempts to ask questions.I was not aware that GIS had a stake in another Gunn company that has seen a fall in its sp.If this was such a great deal the sp would have multiplied several times but the fact that we are still below the .30p placing price in November says it all really. If we are allowed to keep our shares I feel I will just stick them in a very deep bottom drawer.Strangely I would rather risk losing all than sell below my break even of about .50p. I get the feeling that this is an RTO that will only be benefiting a small number of people. It appears that all the lack of news,talk of other investments and the joke of a deal to buy HUME were a smokescreen for a long-term plan to reverse-in GIS.They could have put out statements saying that a major development was imminent,as this was clearly the case,and this would have probably steadied the sp rather than say nothing and avoid all attempts to engage with concerned shareholders.DG may just have made the most sensible decision. Of course the OCT board could now put out a statement in simple terms explaining how beneficial this deal will be for ordinary shareholders but I suspect they won't based on past performance.

Yes I remain very cynical about motives/outcome.Total lack of news or response caused good guys like DG to exit and I am not convinced we will get a good deal here.Regarding takeover,can we not retain our diluted shares? Will post at length later but,like you, apalled by all the mindless rampers who overshadow sensible posters and long-term holders!

Trevor Wells was talking generally about how the NOMAD saw things and yes they feel that the GOS acquistion should satisfy AIM who are only looking to protect shareholders by ensuring companies do the right thing.He said they need to establish that AIM concur(his words).GOS seems to be the big thing and the link with CQ sounded like a very promising and mutually beneficial arrangement.

I also asked him if there were any plans to go private and he assured me that this was the very opposite of what they were trying to achieve,so don't be de-ramped on that suggestion!!!

Just had a long chat with Trevor Wells who was very helpful.I asked about the falling sp and he ascribes this to the fact that they must fulfil their investing policy to satisfy AIM by end June.The NOMAD feels that the acquistion of GOS can be sufficient to meet this also taking account of the funds that have been put into this 'fire sale' purchase.This matter is now with AIM. Advice given to Cambridge Quantum resulted in the recent share purchase option granted to TGL and there seems a clear mutually-beneficial link there. Figures due at end June won't show much about the GOS purchase as only one month will be included but interims in September will give a much better idea of progress. I must say that the management here seem very open and helpful(for an AIM company)!

Yes,I think we have to fulfil AIM requirements by end June so a lot of news should start to flow.This is not your typical AIM share with vain hopes that something will turn up.The key is Mr Khan's involvement.His own growing stake and that of his clients.FCA scrutiny will be stringent for his client funds and he may need to justify why he is buying shares in effectively his own company to benefit his clients/investors.He also has a formidable reputation in the academic world and his funding of Cambridge Quantum with all the associated connections(including the recent TGL stake) could make this the AIM share of the year very soon. When it starts to fly and your average AIM punter starts to get it things could move very fast. CEO seems very open and sounded very positive unlike some others I could name!!

Thought as much.Think those .60p placees will soon think they grabbed a bargain.With all the dross on AIM it is about time that a wider audience knew more about this share.I think someone posted recently that we are due another contract win RNS!!!

Yes that was the word Franz F seemed to emphasise when confirming that no RTO invovling Cambridge Quantum was planned.This is clearly the key to what TGL are currently doing and I did tell him I would be posting on a message board,mainly because of his frank and helpful information.I guessed the reason we get no specific details of client names and contract win details is as this is all related to security and this he confirmed.Hopefully profit details will not be so hush hush!

Fully agree.When I spoke to FF last week he mentioned that C word as their main area of focus.All very exciting.Hope your health is ok now

.What is your take on the holdings RNS.Surely now we can hit and exceed 1p soon based on previous post placing form?Zak Mir was targetting 1.2p I think?

So the 3 main shareholders have the same number of shares as pre placing.Did they not participate or have they taken profits.Either way they are retaining healthy chunks in terms of number of shares.A good update soon on progress,with figures,is now needed.

well I guess whoever sold 2m at .60p needs the money as surely once the new shares hit this will start to move forward again.

Lot is happening now with this share and frank and informative chat with Franz F yesterday made things a lot clearer.He seemed quite confident that meeting AIM requirements by end June was not a real problem so nothing really to hold this back once placing at .60p clears!

Hands up for posting that I thought an RTO involving CQ was a done deal.Clearly from what FF told me today this was never the plan but the areas of mutual interest make the prospects for GOS very exciting and this share has so much potential!
