Pretty unhappy with the timing and price of the placing.If the imminent good news were to be released before the new shares are admitted that would be a massive sign of good faith and integrity,otherwise it will leave a lot of questions to be answered.

yes I am afraid this is what seems to give people like Mr Winnifrith credibilty.The timing/price of that placing is very disconcerting and I suspect the sp will take off when we get an update on GOS.As usual the chosen few get the best opportunities as they know the truth!

I think that we are owed an urgent and positive update on GOS with some very precise detail Within the last 10 days someone I know paid .55p in good faith and if things are so great,(and Mr Khan should know),I can see no reason why the placement could not have been made at a higher price. All must be very positive so lets have a detailed update

of the placing.It could appear that the placing was delayed until sp fell as low as seemed possible.SP was well above .50 for some time so as usual it is those not in the know ie ordinary shareholders that are disadvantaged.What a great sign of confidence it would be if directors now bought shares at market prices.

I think latest spike is about to start.A couple of decent buys this morning and this is a familiar pattern with the eventual big news getting closer.

You say your average WAS .24 so you are 70% + down?I bought at .17 and sold at .7 but think when further dilution takes place it will go lower.Nobody is trading it so can't see why it will go up!

How much are you down? I only bought as OCT had taken a 3% stake but this appears to have been a bad mistake.Shortly afterwards 2 of D Lenigas's companies sacked HUME as their advisers.HUME have made consistent losses over the past 3 years and every time say that they are expecting things to improve.If anyone wants to buy them I think they would be best to wait for the sp to fall further.The past 3 years have been quite good for markets generally, so if you can't make money then I don't think keeping the same staff and (failed) investment philosophy will make a big difference. I took a big hit( 65%) yesterday and feel relieved that I did.

Relieved my 3m plus sell got placed late yesterday.No idea why OCT bought in here.Guess it was put through after hours to stop the sp sliding further!!

Thanks for confirming that regarding the patent and Inpro.When I spoke to Trevor Wells last week he did say something that suggested the patent was not actually held in the name of TGL but couldnt find the papers while we were chatting.I know understand the connection. Rather than focus on concerns about what name the patent is in I think we should be considering things like why does Mr Khan keep buying? How much potential does GOS and Smart desk have with proper financial backing? What imminent deals are being worked upon. This could be the share of 2015 when you study all the backing,connections and shareholdings!!

who heads up Waterbridge Capital,SmartDesk systems and GOS seems a very bright dude.I think serial entrepeneur Mr Khan and Mr Berry are cut from the same cloth.Look at the various websites,the business partners and the connections.This GOS deal looks better by the day!! I get the feeling that other aquisitions are just around the corner!!

Forgot to mention,he said the plan was now to build on the acquisition of GOS by growing that business and bringing in further businesses with similar potential.

Both REM and UKOG have now put out softer RNSs.I thought the word dismissal looked very bad and it clearly affected sentiment.It seems odd that both these companies are controlled by Mr Lenigas yet one of his other recent ventures, OCT, bought 3% of HUME as recently as November as an investment .Perhaps this great mystery will be unravelled on social media!!

Just had a friendly chat with Trevor Wells(co sec) Some poster was doubting the question of patents being in force so I asked the question about reference in a recent presentation where it stated a patent was in place for DIAL Intelligence Gathering.Trevor confirmed the Patent Number was GB2487869 and it was renewed in November by TGL.They are still awaiting the new documents and he was not sure whether or not the number may have changed-seems perfectly reasonable to me. I asked him if they were happy with progress re GOS and he said they are working to expand that business but also working on bringing in other ventures.I tackled him directly on Cambridge Quantum and he said they were in their early stages of development .I asked him if we could discount any involvement with CQ in the future but he simply stated they would doubtless decide what form their business would take in due course. For an accountant he sounded quite upbeat!

I am sure this is a sound investment with great prospects.Might be an idea to contact the company for specific detail on those GOS patents.Agree that they should only update us a big news.Too many AIM shares issue RNSs with little of note to say.

I have heard of 'pen pushers', so does the use of pencils suggest a more artistic bent.What is the line of business in which you are innovating.With the circles in which you seem to move it sounds as though the nature of your job is highly technical. I am a simple grammar school boy who went up to Cambridge but only to watch my grand daughter play football. I am invested in TGL and still find it slightly strange that you and many other people take time to post on these boards when you don't hold the shares and have no real intention of doing so. Luckily I run my own business so can jump in and out of here in my own time.

I will take at face value your assertion that you are not interested in buying this share but just wish to share your knowledge on all matters Quantum.So lets strip out any possible link with Cambridge Quantum or indeed any other company in that field.Do you have any view on the purchase of GOS and the potential that it brings for no cost? Do you have any theory as to why Mr Khan keeps building up his stake here for both himself and his clients? Most people seem to take it as a positive sign.

sorry typing error first line should be 'quantum'.By the way,great dedication to duty posting between 11pm and after midnight in a share that you have no intention of buying.I occasionally post up to 10 or 11pm,usually after a sniff of the shandy but only on shares I hold or intend to buy.Sorry to cast nasturtiums on your possible motives.

Clearly you are a person with great knowledge of quatum technologies and have given us a lot of detail explaining why Prof Gibson may be the wrong man,in the wrong place,at the wrong time and that CQ is an early stage business with few of the best people.I am always a little wary of folks who spend an inordinate amount of time giving great detail about a share which they are not wishing to touch with a bargepole. I am only a humble grammar school boy but have around 2m of these shares,and like others am happy to follow the lead of a highly successful financial entrepeneur who keeps buying these shares for himself and his clients.If and when he starts dumping them I will have a re-think but as he is prepared to risk substantial quantities of his own and clients' monies that to me is a positive sign. The technicalities/complexities of my little brain may not be able to cope with Quantum technologies but I guess someone will one day make a fortune from these applications and it could be CQ.Even if they have nothing to do with TGL I think we have enough positive signs here to see this share fly in the near future. For now we have bought a specialist security business with a growing order book and no debts, for nothing.They were planning a £30m IPO but had to pull it due to economic circumstances.In the current world climate this seems a fairly good place to have a no cost holding.So forget CQ and look at this as a great ground floor opportunity.Now you can give us all the negatives for that.

yep,I think we will see a big increase here over coming weeks/months and big news could arrive anytime.Monday RNS sounds good to me!
