Agree that people like Trv123 make potential new investors nervous.I assume as he admits to trading this regularly that he is looking to get in again cheaply.Why not just say 'I am a day trader looking to get in cheap so here is something to persuade you to sell so I can buy and take advantage of your misfortune' I notice that when I research and give facts about the directors,stakeholders etc negative posters chose not to comment.There is no doubt in my mind that this is an exciting play and unless the non-exec Chairman of Cambridge Quantum,CEO of Stanhill and major shareholder in TGL(all the same person by the way,Mr Khan) has persuaded Professor Gibson(chief boffin at CQ) to come on our board as some sort of 'patsy',the inter-connections seem to point to exciting times ahead. Could all day traders/derampers note this is you cue to ignore these connections,the successes of Mr Khan and Stanhill and just try to undermine confidence!!

No idea but when growing/developing a business money does need to be found in a variety of ways.I am looking more to where the sp will be when things start to come together.I doubt that there are many shares on AIM sitting on huge amounts of cash but the small placing was done quickly/cheaply and I guess the participants were willing participants.

Perhaps you should look at Stanhill's success stories investing in new and start up companies.NetEase up from around $18 to $93 over 6 years(another technology company)Just see they are directly involved and successful in a takeover bid for Robust Resources.Who is their main man,and ours and Cambridge Quantums?? Na this is a tin pot gold exploration company,I should stay well clear!!

You are awful.............. but I like you.Try reversing that number and adding 10. I was surprised I couldn't buy at .43 two days ago when several buys went through at around .433.I placed an order for around £2200 late morning and it never filled.It suggested to me that people were not looking to sell despite knowing that placing shares at .38 would hit the market soon.Then I picked up those shares at .40 the next morning so quite happy. I have a gut feeling we may get major news very soon

Quiet as well.Must watch what I say as it seems pointing out all the positives here makes me a ramper.Encouraging peeps to research the company and connected businesses also is clearly unpalatable to some.Can never quite understand why people who haven't,don't or even intend to buy bother posting.As I see it,this was a gold exploration company going nowhere fast that has been acquired by clever people who specialise in finding value,getting new businesses off the ground and using shells to facilitate some situations. The interconnection between officers or Stanhill,TGL and Cambridge Quantum and major shareholdings seem to suggest that mabe people in the know are planning great things here. Can't believe head boffin Prof Gibson has joined the board as window dressing!Somewhere along the line quantum advances seem likely to benefit TGL shareholders.It's not rocket science(or maybe it is!!)

Note the connections I keep banging on about.Stanhill have TGL in their own special situations fund.I wonder why they regard this as a good situation for their clients?Do you think the non exec chairman of Cambridge Quantum and our major shareholder knows a bargain?Do we think that super boffin Gibson has come on board here as window dressing?

if you look at the links at director/chairman/chief exec and major shareholder levels there is a lot of connection between Stanhill,TGL and Cambridge Quantum.I see no shame in buying a bargain and this is something Stanhill seem quite good at doing.Surely there has to be much more upside when you look at who we have on board and areas of expertise.Don't under estimate the close links with Cambridge Quantum!

any of the doom merchants looked at Stanhill's successes with other RTOs.Why would an acknowledged genius/academic come on board here as well as being on Cambridge Quantum.Agree with Riddler that there is more up than downside.Let us see!!!

I am amazed that peeps are not happy enough with the first deal announced today.I tried all yesterday to buy around £2ks worth at .43 when there were few buys and were at a smidgeon over .43.Then this morning great news and I managed to get 615010 shares at .40.Maybe if we agree to buy Google the sp will crash to .30.I think getting the professor on board increases the chances of Cambridge Quantum reversing into here at some point! Do you have a short-term exit price?

surely this is just the sort of business that CQ will be able to work with.Their main boffin is now on our BOD and we may soon find CQ are ready to reverse into here.Trevor Wells said they were not YET ready a few weeks ago so don't rule it out!!!Exciting news for those who can see further than the end of their noses!!

They were looking at another deal a few weeks ago that finally did not proceed,as confirmed to me by Trevor Wells.Seems odd to bring in the Professor now if there is already another deal on the table and Cambridge Quantum is definitely off it!! Could be longer term than I thought!

I am sure D Lenigas via OCT bought in here for a good reason.I agree OCT looks very interesting so hold and hopefully get a multibagger
