Am I alone in thinking there could be a link with AAU and Tom W's involvement. AAU is a gold miner and DXR is a cash shell ,

As I said last night 'this could rise very quickly on Monday'-it has.Sold some RKH to buy in here and AAU and waiting to see what prices I got. Now convinced I need to free up cash every evening to go with gut feelings.I think these 2 shares are about to lead us on an exciting adventure. At least I got £5ks worth of DXR last week at 5.75p

That is a brilliant resume' and the obvious plan would be to buy a small gold miner with potential and in need of funding-otherwise it does not make sense. A lot of the negative posts on this board seem to fail to see the point here and mervinkitchens, bless him, appears to generate instant negatives so his support for the share causes hostile deramping automatically-I suspect there is a lot to come here!!!

Did you listen to that interview with Jim Slater-he has put £3.5m of his own cash into his smaller companies gold fund and thinks the value is in small gold miners-he mentioned Norseman and the obvious fact that it is a finite resource and the big institutionswill start to invest in these smaller gold mining shares rather than gold as a commodity-now which small gold miners do you fancy to multibag and could currently be cheap????

Never seen so many RNSs in such a short period-director changes-bargain buy-out of warrants from a bank-major stake changes and what appears to be a total tidying up exercise. Just what you would do if you were selling your house or preparing to pop your clogs.Add in the large share purchase by a proven fund manager and it looks like someting meaningful is about to blow

Unless I misread it a proven fund manager/tipster has bought a big chunk of these to put in his Gold fund-this is not a gold miner so is a small miner about to be bought and reversed into this.Look at Trustnet-the man has a proven tipping/investing record so anything could happen here. Could be the start of something big-are there any small cheap gold miners out there with prospects??

Looked at Trustnet stats and the fund manager seems to have a great record-so do we know when he bought these for the first time and at what price??

Where can we see details of the fund, performance stats and other holdings. New director's previous posts all seem to be in companies that promote/review share performance
