Month, then why not find out when the board meeting is scheduled? The board will have to approve any strategy.

Indeed my view is that a deal is so certain that Redmile and vulpes will fund any cash gaps. Surely after the AGM the board set out a framework for its preferences and bids will be measured against these criteria.

Interestingly the House of Lords presentation outlined the lack of non equity UK solutions. As one poster pointed out, it gave the reason why Sclp will take Us money. Hopefully the deal includes UK development and keeps the expertise here. However, all we need to do is look at what Kraft did to Cadbury!

Interested that you watched the Lords Select Conmittee as I did. Wasn’t the Asian member a Lord Dr Poulam Patel? Now where have we heard that name before ? Wasn’t he mixed up with our trials? I don’t recall the Uni but maybe someone else will inform us?

Callum Scott posted this on LinkedIn. It’s particularly interesting that the FDA has called for participation in more real time trials. Sclp have the technology to participate which may accelerate the ph3 trial to get iscib1+ to patients faster. Will the FDA allow participation?

A few months ago I asked ChatGPT about the differences between MRHA approvals and FDA? In short, MRHA also wants to measure risk and ensure the financial elements are covered. That by implication covers funding. Which as yet we do not have.

Maybe someone can inform me about the detail about the loan notes. I seem to recall that they can be crystallised into equity if there is a Nasdaq listing? That would put redmiles holding over 30% meaning in UK rules a bid. However the simultaneous dilution through the Nasdaq listing would reduce their percentage holding.

I sense a share consolidation coming as the price is too low for Nasdaq. Hopefully it will be after a partnership deal has been signed for scib1+ development.

My thoughts entirely. The new interim CFO gives lots of flexibility but the fact he is linked to Redmile may indicate that they would like to crystallise part of their investment one way or another. That should be good news for all investors.

Didn’t Phil say that Pharma were asking questions about the immunobody platform as part of the iscib1+ conversations? That would explain the comment if the 2-4 varieties were also included in the partnership which may include their development.

Hi Berm, if approved, wouldn’t they have declared it in post report events. So what else can I conclude?

Looking at the Genmab annual report, the two applications to the FDA were in Nov and so far no indication of acceptance: as Callum got acceptance in 30 days, maybe we can offer to charge Genmab for our successful expertise to help them?

I’m sure he could do that in between dealing with the UK and EU regulators . Just give him an incentive !

Thanks for quoting my post on lse of the other side . Have replied but I’m not an expert there. As I said, if progress payments are due, then maybe the early stage trials will be announced? If so then maybe the sp will rise in anticipation over the next couple of days? Did that 7k buyer know something?

Well c11 and c18, as someone mentioned before on the board, maybe we’ll get a hint about Genmabs trails which will provide progress payments. Why else is sath so confidant? After all LD said at the AGM that Genmab has already manufactured the product. So a week away!

• Tuesday, February 17, 2026 (after 5:00 PM CET) — this is when Genmab plans to release its 2025 Annual Report and full-year financial results. 

Whilst consulting for the Chinese some years ago, they were at pains to promote the differences between Chinese and western law where due to the large number of aborted fetuses which could be used for research in china, they had an advantage. My response was don’t even go there as this would be fatal for any deal in the west. With that as a background we should not accept any Chinese investment.
