Illumina will only license if ordered to by the courts and that might not happen either, so I am working on expulsion from UK/EU. I know a figure of £2m have been spoken about but not sure how they work that one out as our legal bills were much more than that and I don't expect their lot to be any cheaper, plus any other damages/claims they will put forward?

I don't think it was to get shareholders off their backs as I believe the major ones are relatively happy and they don't give a monkeys about us. Anyway, if anything it has put them under more pressure to deliver something not less imo!

don't know what they bought exactly but paid $50m for 300k names and some people reckon a lot of those were pretty crap too. Average of $167 each, and some reckon that's dirt cheap.They can have our lot for $200 each ..lol
