I am just glad that Illumina have not secured patents globally, I think that has been a mistake on their part.Other global territories are taking nipt up far quicker than Europe so far better to be there imo.

I don't think Illumina lawyers had to be that good either as they were dealing with a bunch of incompetents it seems, starting with Little!! It's only France that will be a big deal anyway, not that much revenue from others in Eu is there and anyway it's very very slow on the uptake in Europe I believe.

I also think that £2m is way off what the figure will/could be, and not sure if or why he said it, although I think TW also confirmed it, fwiw lol.The best we can hope for is a smallish fine and a license deal going forward but of course will need the help of judge Carr for that!

The anti-trust is a totally different thing to the patent trouble isn't it? They might have valid patents but still be guilty of the anti competition stuff. One example is charging mates rates licences to 'friends' and very inflated ones to others, remember GOSH,... and there will be other examples no doubt! The EU does not like that . AR a liar and spiv,..hmmm? As I said, hopefully the judge rules on a license agreement, and does not set the damages too high, then all will be o.k. we will see!

yes, of course they can! also Asian/far east mentioned as well as London markets so not a problem imo! We must remember that companies come to AIM for funding and Prem are still a young company, but soon to be in profit. Hopefully when/if Illumina are sorted this will fly!

what happens if they favour Prem, what happens then? Hemo, so do you reckon that Prem can't get further funding from TF or anywhere else ,as one more could take them through to profitability couldn't it?

around 20p a share I reckon is about right?

a ball park method for a valuation I know is 10 x revenue + cash (zero) and maybe a premium % for a growing business in a growing sector which Prem is.
