for me is the problem the company has of being unable to move the sp upwards at all. No, the patents cannot be transferred.You can always try Google patents for more info.We have supposedly a 'freedom to operate' so some 'expert' has done all the patent checking stuff on Prem's behalf, and deemed it OK to carry on and launch IONA. Now where are they hiding??

I don't believe Illumina have patents in any other locations Prem are in around the world, other than Europe and they have already effectively lost a case in Germany about 3 years ago so they won't try there again.I would imagine/hope that if France was targeted next then they would follow the lead of Germany and not the UK courts.

everyone keeps saying we should settle, but they have tried to and Illumina are not interested, so I'm not sure what they can do.We must remember Illumina want IONA banned, nothing else will do or them, not interested in a settlement of any kind it seems.

Judge also questions if they have looked at patents etc before they launched, IONA.Sounds like they didn't, so who the feck carried out 'feedom to operate' shite? Just where were they looking exactly?? The judge spends quite a while ****ging off our useless lot, quite rightly too it seems, I just can't believe what I have just read regards the incompetence of Little and the lawyers.
