yes, I emailed today saying the only RNS we want is the one that concludes the Illumina debacle and just about anything else like the news today was pretty pointless as nobody cares much,... as was confirmed by the sp reaction. I also asked about the CMC and got this reply;

We make RNS announcements not for their 'interest' value but to inform investors of key developments.

There was a CMC hearing but this was purely procedural and of far less significance than a partnership with a major Asian player.

Just get the feeling that they don't seem too bothered about Illumina and are happy to let it trundle on and on.Don't forget it was Prem who did all the stalling in the first place in an effort to buy time whilst they expanded successfully. Suppose its's worked too!!

there is no way they have put the shareholders first as they should do.Talk about manipulation for their own gains, jeeez! I expect they worked on the assumption that by manipulating the sp down sooooo low that peeps holdings were hardly worth the effort and everyone would just accept their corruption, and that's how it's panned out it seems.Rita and family ride off into the OK hills with the company never to be seen or heard of again!!

yes Macc, agree mostly with your comments, although they only have to sell less than 10% of their 'new' inventory and that's 1p+ a share divi. That'll wake it up a bit. Sounds easy,...lol

Toby is going nowhere! Although I do think the whole review process was mismanaged, however it was not his fault that potential buyers did not offer enough (if anything) for the business. In hindsight it might just turn out to be a blessing in disguise, especially if they can shift a good chunk of that ICM inventory, which I believe is their intention.As Sunday conveyed, the next few months will have a lot more newsflow so things will pick up here,...hopefully!

yes agreed, but Illumina have no patents in the territories Prem are now in other than Europe, so where next does not apply.
