and that's why the sp bombed, I would say Toby had quite a big hand in all that. However, I don't agree with any 'Toby out' shouts.. All just my opinion of course.

Sorry SJ, but for me (and others) Toby has a lot of the blame. Two main points, one is the way the review was handled, the other is the company he bought. It didn't go down well with some notable share 'gurus' over here, a sample below from Simon Thompson from IC.

considering the two already bring in $22/23+M, ... then you are expecting revenue to go in reverse then?
How about revenues of $25M and EBITDA at $10M+ ...that's just for starters!

There's a reason why SJ won't buy above 7.25p! Won't be too long before he can get his price again at 7p
To date this stock has been a complete disaster for shareholders and not sure if the 'panic' purchase of ICM is the answer either?
Suppose they had to do something to improve the figures cos I reckon they could see growth was going to be harder to come by carrying on as they were. Just my opinion of course.
I would like to know if they ever did get a firm offer for the company,because figures must have been mentioned considering the possibility of a sale went right to the wire,.. allegedly!
