No, they can't just report buybacks as and when they fancy, it must be done asap.They actually say this too. What's can't you understand with;
"Any Ordinary Shares acquired as a result of the Buyback Programme will be announced to the market without delay."

what concerns me is that Fincrap and senior management don't consider the sp to be good value at these levels.Is it any wonder nobody else is interested in this stock? So much for 11p+ valuation eh!

trades hitting the bid price, expect it to tick down at any moment..Sp being allowed to sink. I expect Hall has already negotiated his package with the new owners. His job has been to keep the sp low for their lowball takeover. They buy this well under 10p,.. he keeps his job with his options sold (nice bonus) and more shares granted in the new set up. Jobs a good un!

I wonder why on earth are they letting the sp drift lower and lower when they have £1m to spend on shares?? and don't tell me so that they can buy at a lower rate . The sp is 10% lower than when they announced the buyback..hmmmm!
