Friday is final day solarflare, apparently still trying to put a deal together but I don't know where the evidence of this is, Valency or Mr P have you gents had anything through to support there are still efforts being made here for a last minute rescue?

Like many others here I am riding the roller coaster of emotions with this investment and like many others I stand to see a large chunk of my hard earned money taken from me, it is easy to rely on the more experienced others to do the homework for us for example Mr P and Valency and be guided by them in the posts they so kindly deliver and perhaps a little of Mr P energy has rubbed off as I consider the following. Firstly it is 10 business days before this will be wrapped up that takes us to a week today 12th May, secondly reading the last RNS more carefully myself, this paragraph is added towards the end. "Notwithstanding the notice to appoint administrators to DiamondCorp plc, it is currently anticipated that the Business Rescue proceedings of LDM will continue and options regarding DiamondCorp Holdings Limited ("DCH", a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands) will be explored further in order to try and preserve any remaining stakeholder value" Adopting the attitude cup half full not half empty, we still have a chance albeit a slim one, we can only hope!!

Great effort Mr P on behalf of all of us, let's hope it's not in vain and the deal can be done to keep this worthwhile investment alive.

Like many others here I have put a lot of faith into DCP coming good, I'm with you and all those other optimists Mr + let's fight hard to make this work, 100% behind a PI further investment to see this valuable asset back to full production for the sake not only of us PI who all know the risks but more so for those families who are relying on this mine to enable them to carve out a living. Willing to put my money in as a further leap of faith and support.

I hope that PL and his team are reminding IDC of their own core values, Passion, Partnership and Professionalism, I also hope that IDC don't add a further 3 P's to the DCP case Pi@s Poor Performance!! and good old common sense prevails.

Valency Thank you for the update following your meeting with PL like many of us here I have to hang hope on the positive response, "An act of god" all good things happen for a reason, let's hope this rings true for DCP.

Alligin Before my finger slip!!! Was going on to say the SP at close went back to price at time of suspension at 2.05, however showing again today at 0.5, can anyone explain how the price can move during a suspension of trading

Thanks Rainrob & redbeast for the info I will bail out on the 14th latest and take the big hit, we can only hope a counter offer will make an appearance prior to this date but looking increasingly unlikely, anyone with any info or thoughts on a counter offer?

Hi first posting so go easy on me, i have been in Amara for some time and on average purchase they stand me at 20p, i was always in for the long haul as i could see the potential, i trade on the halifax site and i am a little uneasy about my options, whats the general consensus here from you regulars, hang on in take the deal and hope the warrants come good and they float on LSE or bail out, when is the last date of the bail out option, i understand sometime in early April but not sure of the exact date, finally anyone heard any update from John McGloin or the markets on a challenge bid to the Perseus offer.
