The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
So it is clear to me that they could not fix the reactor in Ashland by putting the new Lumberton one in. Why weren't we told this? They need to raise 3M which will do nothing for them getting a bigger unit. This in my opinion is for a new reactor and to survive.
If we just needed it to survive it would have been announced the reactor is working. SP back up to 0.5/0.6. then raise at 0.4 and that's half the dilution.
On the other hand the news about Tyler Player injecting money is good.. this isn't too much a dilution I reckon we survive and hold 0.25. could be wrong
The company has no cash runway right now. Enough for one year. But what about new reactors?
Stuff needs be sorted ASAP and been saying that for ages since the reactor broke. It doesn't take 3 months to do what we were told was just move the Lumberton reactor and plug it in. Where is the RNS saying it's done and production is back? I'm not usually bearish here but it is becoming frustrating and deja vu.
If we can get Lumberton AND Ashland running then they'll be breakeven - profitable. Gonna take some saving up for a larger plant without funds or debt. Can't dilute at this price really.
Thanks for this. Will do
Hey folks. Been looking into the company ever since I heard the bad press and have to say.. I'm interested.
Anyone have numbers on share dilutions or a good source as I can find nothing on it. Thanks in advance!
Ah yes was unaware of this. But yeah they don't have a status page like NC do.

Here it says everything on the .xlsx spreadsheet
Yesterday seems a blip. A fund buying in maybe. But whatever it was, the way of looking at it is that we're 5 days off the 200 day anniversary of the NCDEQ requesting emissions data.
I feel that we may see an update from NCDEQ before an RNS so I'm keeping an eye out. I have checked with the Maine equivalent of the DEQ and they do not have public status updates for permit applications.
We just wait and see. I don't know if I expect anything this month to be honest. Maybe we get a Christmas miracle next month
My initial buy in shares are 75% in the red.
Not like I care, because of where I think the company will be long term.
Rowan has good experience with the legal nuts and bolts that we need here. Tyler Player can run the engineering side no problem
I really don't think that what we need is instability at this time.
I agree Rowan isn't the best but don't agree with this.
Thing is this could be what's driving the price up today as the big shareholders know of this...
