If anyone is able to submit questions for the AGM (had nothing).
I think we could do with an update to the US OTC application. We all know the affects that could have on SP if the burn is successful. Yet we've head nothing since this RNS. Even if they just say it's still in progress...
HKU. All's we can do is wait Thursday.. but I get you..
They've said they have interest from all these different countries. My assumption was that licensing agreements would be dependent on the pacificorp test burn. They even may want to do test burns themselves.
(If so better bloody get them permits sorted eh!?)
From my assumptions they have enough money last end of this year. My thought of course was that end of this year the permits are sorted out and it means that we have money coming in by coalswitch production.
Thursday will either be
Massive catalyst
Massively cataclysmic
Your move Rowan!
You reckon AGM will discuss a placing grsshaw? Possibly notified in an RNS on Thursday morning?
All's I'm saying is.. if so... They need give us a good reason buy into this placing... Oh hang on let me think... Maybe test burn results...
If they don't give us a good reason buy into a placing if there is one. Then I can't see it going great...
Anyways I think Thursday could be big. Let's just hope it's in a good way.
They've sold 12.75% of their holdings. Could be something as simple as getting rid of some risk?
4M @ 1.15p
5M @ 1p
8.5M @ 0.938p
8.5M @ 0.84p
46.5M @ 0.7p
49.125M @ 0.6p
I think if there was any dodgy trading going on, we'd see less selling at 0.6 and more selling at 1. Just my opinion..
My point is that if they did know info before we do. Then they would have sold a whole load more before the RMDE letter.
I'll be concerned if it continues for much longer. But now that the company has received notice of it I hope that's that. Which also means less holding the SP down..
Seems to be holding 0.6 decently. And whenever it dips under it very quickly comes back up.. good to see!
And I have an odd feeling nothing will come of the AGM, other than talking about permits and stuff. Not the juicy info we want. The burn results..
I want them give us an update on when we can expect them though..
And yeah they'll just ignore any tricky questions as always...
But yeah from the AGM I expect them to reiterate licensing demand and order demand. Give us an update on permits and when test burn results will be. And not much more..
Right now institutions are just selling or holding. None are buying and I haven't seen anything pointing to them buying in the volume for a long while...
We are stuck in this range until, perhaps new ones, they start buying. Maybe we need a good RNS such as positive test burn results. However when they will materialise is a complete mystery...
Maybe they should put out another positive RNS before then. Some directors buys.. Lumberton permit situation. Maine permit situation. Maybe even some licensees with a clause saying it will be dependent on positive test burn...
There are 2 ways of looking at the overall situation.
The shares are either on sale right now or not.
I am of the point of view they're on sale and I expect good burn results, and for the very long term, this is a brilliant point of entry or a brilliant top up point. Hence why I'm still buying.
The other point of view is obvious. They're not on sale, sell or hold.
Nothing we can do but wait :/
If we get a large order from pacificorp (Rowan has said before that they've stated they'd be interested in a larger relationship if the burn results are good)
Then it could mean a large scale production facility near the plant. Is it unreasonable to propose that perhaps even Pacificorp could help with funding if it means they get all the fuel from that plant and AEG still get profits? Whatever happens, as long as the burn results are good it's all exciting. Bought more this morning!
I've always thought that further orders (and licensing) would be dependent on successful burn results at pacificorp. Hoping for an order from Duke perhaps..
But we never know what's going on behind the scenes. They could be negotiating more orders, licensing, sorting out permits. Or even negotiating a buy out. We just have no idea.
Would love an RNS just giving us a range in which to expect results. However we all know about their excellent communication with the market!! All's we can do is wait
