I went out to M an S for some shopping, but sat in the car for 2 hrs watching this shiitshow.

I had to cover 5 times as metals are being a pain, so I just left as I couldn't walk round shopping when this is happening, as margins are a knocking.

It sums up how it is in the UK atm, everything's down, everyone's getting taxed to death and charged more for everything, while OUR money is being given away, it's like living in a bloody big box full of mad frogs.

I sold RR day trade today and make a canny profit, but I think I'm done DT it, so will just sit on my x3 and look in next month.

No, not yet, I had to do Damage Control and take a loss of around £6.2k, but it went up so I sold just to get back my money on a few positions, so I am no where near naughty margin calls now and now on 38 red (I hit 104 red a few days ago)

Are you sure, because they did to me, copper nearly had an Anvil land on it during the night after falling off a cliff. (look at the history last night)
