Talking about the HUI warrants issued when it floated, not the new entity.
Anyone any idea of how the warrants [issued with the shares following the IPO] work ?
Refreshing to see some decisive actions being taken. Much happier knowing where we are at last. Only wish they would have taken this action sooner.
My driver for investing in PHE is the opportunity to contribute to solving a plastic pollution problem at municipal and international levels. The syngas/H2 is less relevant, but important for business cases. Existing Chemical Plants could already generate H2 on an industrial scale if there was a market for it, so PHE with H2 generation as its main focus is a red herring IMO.
Only RNS we will get is for a price monitoring extension.
Can see the SP bouncing between 0.09 & 0.12 for the next 6 months. A Day Trader's dream !
Good opportunity to build up a decent position at low SPs over the next 6 months. Risky, but well worth a punt.
Thanks Bob - useful updates
Think once a FOAK is built, and the tech proven at scale, waste companies &LAs will be queuing up for it. Main Problem is how long it takes to get the appropriate Capex out of a developer to build the FOAK.
Unfortunately the UK Government’s unfounded rhetoric to be “world leaders” in most things obviously does not extend to supporting businesses who implement alternative waste management systems other than recycle/landfill. Wonder if the fact that HMRC collects circa £100/T in tax has anything to do with it ? As it is not a Public funded project, Protos will not happen quickly as finance will dictate the plastic park progress and the days of cheap money has gone.
On a more positive note, I think Europe will be the first to adopt the DMG technology (via HUI) and the UK will fall behind again even though they may have in this instance a unique, world leading technology. If there is no news on the Protos in the next few months, PHE should consider ripping up any exclusivity offers which are purportedly on the table with Peel and adopt the technology into Europe where there seems greater desire to want and adopt it.
Stophe - thought the Ireland project was a JV ?

Harry - Possibly 2 scenarios in my view.....
1. Significant SHs who got in sub 1p and taking profit or
2. Day Traders/Speculators playing the market
Pil - Landfill tax for standard inert or inactive waste is £98.60 per tonne, which goes straight to the Exchequer. Read into this what you will, but my view is this is the single reason for Government’s apathy in supporting and accelerating recycling/waste reconversion and adopting what is, in effect, a greenwashing agenda.
Zombi3- for plot 10B, which is a small cog in a big wheel.
MaybeNW - the Third Party in my view will probably be the Constructor (hopefully equivalent to the likes of John Sisk Ltd at Protos). Moreover, the Constructor will need to know that they are erecting a building containing plant for a DMG/PHE unit, the details of which will be specified under their construction contract. PHE get paid their fee of ~ £0.5mn pa for the DMG licence once operational. Announcing something like this would eliminate any ambiguity.
Piltick - only speculation again, but hope the assumption is correct. More concerned that HUI & PHE can not get their act together, even if it is only to announce a MOU for the Ireland project. For me that announcement would be big news.
Wolves - great post.
Can someone confirm to me where it has been announced DMG will be adopted at HUI in Ireland.
I am assuming, like most on this board & Twitter etc it will be, but until a firm announcement is made it is mere speculation. The announcement I believe would have an effect on the SP and wonder why there is a reluctance from PHE to post this purported good news.
I have posted the following question directly to PHE.
"As a PHE shareholder, can you clarify whether the Trifol Resources Ltd & Hydrogen Utopia recent announcement in County Tipperary, Ireland will be adopting the Powerhouse DMG technology ?".
Will advise on the remote chance I get a response.
Exactly correct Olgafour. The specification for the detailed design will include requirements to ensure the Quality & H&S Standards comply with the appropriate law and jurisdictions. This is meat & drink to any competent manufacturer who will also provide the operating and maintenance manuals to the provider so they can manage the operational life of the plant.
