No chance, if I did not take 37p two long years ago why would I take 30p.
We all know what the real value of GGP will be once production commences and it will be a lot more than any SP we have seen to date!

Well at least todays 7.80 UT shows a true reflection on the state of play today unlike yesterdays.

3 more added to the green bin, no research and just aiming to be disruptive and confrontational.

Must be a very environmentally friendly one, as it's very green from what I am seeing.

All this moaning from the usual crew turning up on a RNS release to bemoan the company and spout their unresearched diatribe.

Having been with this share for years, to ask what more SD can/ should do is a pointless exercise in my view , just carry on and focus on the job in hand.
We all know what great prospects lie ahead for GGP and so do the spivs and the instos but they are not prepared to pay a fair price for the shares and are desperately trying to bully us PI's into parting with them using every tactic in their ****nal .
Look at yesterday, one on of the tightest spreads all day on the SP for weeks making it very difficult to distinguish buys and sells, the old tactic of large sells in the space of a couple of minutes to quell any threatened rise in the SP and the derampers with their negative headlines to dispel any positivity we might feel on here.
Just ask yourself why would so much effort be made if our company was such a bad investment, the clock is running down into just how much longer they have left to play their tricks, we know it and they know it.
Patience a steady nerve and determination not to give in to them is what is required, I take full responsibility for my investment decisions and am quite prepared to sit on a large paper loss for another year to reap the large benefits that lie ahead.

All very positive, quite happy with that. Not expecting any dramatic increase in SP going by previous updates and subsequent manipulation but moving forward at pace to the end goal and a prosperous retirement for me.

Lovely down to earth great guy and loved his hot rod cars.
When I was a courier back in the 1990's I was working out of Heathrow and had to deliver a set of bespoke wheels that had come in from the states for one of his Hot Rods down to his Grade 2 listed house in Sussex.
On arrival at the house he met me in person and directed me to his garage / workshop that was like a medium sized house separate from the main house! He duly met me there and we chatted whilst he happily showed me around.
No airs and graces just an old school bloke who had time for ordinary people.
A sad loss to the world of music and unlikely to see his like again.

logged on here the other day and 14 green filtered posts on the first page. They are certainly trying hard to drive people off this site and you have to ask why are "they" going to all this effort.
Simple this site was informative and carried with it a high degree of very knowledgeable contributors.
Information is king with any investment, luckily their is another site that can provide this and sadly that is where I find myself lurking and reading more and more these days.
As already said this is just a waiting game now and all good things come to he who waits......well let's hope so.

Personally I'm all in GGP holding in HL share a/c, Sipp and ISA and got that message from HL when showed a 60% on paper loss.

That's it after 12 sorry years of being invested had enough of this dog of a share and sold my 1,170 shares. loosing £4,939 in the process. Back in 2010 this share had so much potential and such a shame to see it drop from the £5 level to its current pence.
I dare say that Sam will keep his nose in the trough for as long as can, milking this company for all it is worth with a salary totally out of proportion for the value and performance of the company.
This share is only going one way and that is down in my opinion, commiserations to all those others like me who have held on in the remote prospect of an upturn.

ace..16p NO CHANCE! Thanks to the spivs manipulting the price down I like most will be holding till we are pulling the golden stuff out of the ground and we are at £1+ .

All that is required is patience and I have that a plenty, after all it's a very happy retirement I am planning for and personally for me there is no better company to be invested in.

Why show our hand, the Spivs have made sure they are not showing theirs.

Move on 10 +1/2 years and sold what they Diluted into AKA Star Phoenix 74 shares @ 1.304p yesterday £0.96 less £5.95 commission.

It was worth it to finally get this Dog of a share removed off my H/L stocks and share account. Every time I logged on it was there rubbing salt in the wound.
Good riddance!
